Clinical Study Of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Five Elements Music Therapy In The Treatment Of Nerve Tinnitus (Weak Type Of Spleen And Stomach)

Objective: To observe and compare the clinical effects of abdominal acupuncture combined with five-elemental music therapy in the treatment of nerve tinnitus(spleen and stomach weakness type),so as to provide a better treatment scheme for acupuncture in the treatment of spleen and stomach weakness type of tinnitus,and further improve the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of spleen and stomach weakness type of tinnitus.Methods: A total of 72 patients with neurogenic tinnitus(spleen and stomach weakness type)were enrolled in this experiment.All the patients were collected from the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,go with Department of Otolaryngological,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine,and the included time was from December 2019 to December 2020.First,there were 72 patients,who had been seperated into two groups averagely but disorder irregularity..The treatment group received abdominal acupuncture combined with five-elemental music therapy,36 patients in the control group received conventional acupuncture,and 5 patients fell off due to various reasons during the treatment process.Finally,34 patients left in the treatment group,while33 in the control group.The patients were treated 3 times a week for 4 weeks.The tinnitus severity assessment scale,Tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were used to evaluate and analyze the two groups before and after treatment.To evaluate the improvement of tinnitus before and after treatment,establish a database,conduct statistical analysis,and draw a conclusion.Results :(1)At the end of the total treatment course,the THI score of tinnitus patients in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01),and the decrease was more obvious in abdominal acupuncture combined with five-elemental music therapy group than in body acupuncture group(P < 0.05).(2)At the end of the total treatment course,tinnitus severity grading in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P < 0.01),and the improvement was more obvious in abdominal acupuncture combined with five-elemental music therapy group than in body acupuncture group(P < 0.05);(3)At the end of the total course of treatment,it was 91.20% in the total effective rate of treatment group who processed abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture,which was significantly higher than that of control group who normally processed body acupuncture(75.8%,P < 0.05),and the statistically significant was showed in difference between datas of two groups.Conclusion: Abdominal acupuncture combined with five-element music therapy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and anxiety of patients with tinnitus of spleen and stomach weakness,and has the characteristics of quick effect,significant curative effect,little pain,safety and no adverse reactions,which is better than conventional acupuncture therapy.Therefore,the clinical application in this treatment,abdominal acupuncture combined with five-element music therapy,to treat nerve tinnitus of spleen and stomach weakness can improve the clinical efficacy,easy to be accepted by patients,which shows great medical worthness of clinical promotion and application.
