The shortage and maldistribution of medical resources is an important problem faced by the medical and health service in the world.regional epidemic disease phenomena occurs repeatedly in recent years,It is becoming more and more wishful that people want a technology to supervise regional disease occurrence rate and predict their own health condition.The arise of Big Data of Medical eases the problem in a certain extent.The Big Data of Medical provides a new way for people to access and sharing of medical information resources,predicting regional epidemics,and individual health condition.The willness of Individual health information sharing is the main source of big data medical information resources,the Big Data of Medical’s development also lay the foundation of Individual health information.So how can we make people willing to share their own health information is an urgent affairs.The research of privacy sharing often stay in individual information under the network environment but medical health information sharing.So,this paper research individual health information sharing under the Big Data of Medical has an important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the analyze of big data in the medical affecting personal health information sharing intention factors are from the individual awareness.Which based on the Theory of Planned Behavior theory,the Technology Acceptance theory and the privacy of health belief model theory.Structured a new kind of medical information sharing willingness influence factor model based on Big Data.Because of the Big Data of Medical environment has its own characteristics,social returns were bring in The Planned Behavior Theory for variable analysis in the model,aims to interpret the important social pressure better.To interpret the Big Data of medical’s technicality better,introuduced technical usefulness in the technology acceptance model,then influence attitude through the perceived usefulness.At the same time,based on individual sensitivity to their health status and health information this 2 aspects of awareness,build the disease severity,the sensitivity of information variables and so on.In this paper,it obtains relevant sample data through the questionnaire survey,then,using SPSS analyze the reliability and validity.in this paper,the effectiveness of validation structural equation model approach to the model assumptions are verified.This paper draws the conclusion: attitude,perceived behavior control,social return,perceived usefulness,this four factors determine the Shared intention very much,its influence is deeply.For perceived ease of use,there is no significant impact on attitude.Technical usefulness has a positive influence on the attitude which indirect effects Shared intention.Disease severity affect Shared intention positive influence by attitude.Sharing information sensitivity have no obvious effect to the attitude.
