Objective: To investigate the relationship between nesfatin-1 and NAFLD by serum nesfatin-1 levels in patients with nonalcoholic simple fatty liver diease(NALFD),and to explore the pathogenesis of NAFLD and the prevention of NAFLD in Xining area And treatment to provide some clinical information. Methods: Collected from January 2016 to August 2016 in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai the University medical examination center parallel abdominal ultrasound diagnosis of NAFLD patients in 59 cases(nonalcoholic simple fatty liver 30 And 30 cases of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis). At the same time,30 cases of healthy subjects in our hospital were collected as control group.Collect body mass index, fasting blood transaminase, blood lipid and other indicator.Serum nesfatin-1 level was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Differences between the three groups and the correlation between serum nesfatin-1 and other indexs.Results:(1)Compares with the healthy control,BMI,ALT,TG were significantly increased in NAFL Dpatients(P<0.05);Compares with NAFL,ALT,TGwere significantly increased in NASH patients.(P<0.05);(2)The level of nesfatin-1 in fatty liver group was lower than that in healthy control(P <0.05);(3)The level of nesfatin-1 in nonalcoholicsteatohepatitis group was significantly lower than that in nonalcoholic simple fatty liver group(P <0.05);(4)Correlation analysis suggested that nesfatin-1were negatively correlated with BMI,TG(r=-0.307,r=-0.383,P<0.05)in NAFLD patients;(5)Using logistic analysis, the results suggest that a decrease in the level of nesfatin-1 for NAFLD happened independent risk factors(OR = 1.43,P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Xining areas of nonalcoholic fatty liver patients with overweight, abnormal liver function, lipid metabolism disorders, with the disease progress, the above indicators were abnormal;(2)The level of serum nesfatin-1 in non-alcoholic fatty liver patients was lower than that in normal subjects. The level of nesfatin-1 was negatively correlated with body mass index and triglyceride, and the level of nesfatin-1 decreased gradually with the progression of the patients;(3)Serum nesfatin-1 level can be used as an independent risk factor for the prediction of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. It is an important index for the early diagnosis and judgment of the severity of nonalcoholic fatty liver, and can be popularized and applied in clinical work.
