Objective: Study of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by doxofylline combined with inhalation drug therapy before and after the change degree of indexes related to serum IL-8 level,lung function and blood gas analysis,in order to further clarify the lung function and blood gas analysis of IL-8,the relationship between related indicators and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.To hope that through this analysis result can provide reliable medical evidence for clinical rational drug using.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease C and D in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups in each group(n=30).Among them,doxofylline combined with inhalation drugs is the combined drug group.The two groups were given oxygen therapy,anti infection,phlegm and other treatment,two groups of treatment was 10 days;Determination of serum cytokine levels in patients with IL-8 on the tenth day of the two groups of patients before and after treatment with ELISA method,parallel lung function and blood gas analysis index detection,statistical analysis of test data.Results: 1.Two groups of patients with inflammatory factors of serum IL-8 level before and after treatment were decreased,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);After treatment,the treatment group IL-8 level decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Index of pulmonary function of patients in two groups(FEV1%pred,FVC%pred,PEF%pred,MMEF%pred)were compared before and after treatment were improved(P < 0.05);Pulmonary function index improved more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Two groups of patients blood gas analysis index(Pa O2,Sa O2,Pa CO2)were compared before and after treatment were improved(P < 0.05);The blood gas analysis index improved more significantly,(P < 0.05).4.The serum IL-8 and Pa CO2 were positively correlated with the levels of FEV1%pred,FVC%pred,PEF%pred,MMEF%pred,Pa O2 and Sa O2(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.Along with the control of inflammation of COPD patients,the level of serum inflammatory factor IL-8 reduced.2.Doxofylline combined inhalation therapy can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines IL-8,improve airflow is limited,to correct hypoxia.3.Patients with elevated serum IL-8,indicating that inflammatory factor IL-8 is involved in the airway inflammation of COPD,and is associated with impaired lung function.
