Objective:Determination of chronic heart failure(CHF)patients with serum CA125 concentration,Cystatin C,combined with B type natriuretic peptide,cardiac ultrasound data on heart function in patients with chronic heart failure and CA125,Cystatin C,of the heart rate variability in patients on the basis of this change,in order to provide scientific foundation for the early detection and monitoring.Methods:Collect the clinical data of 70 cases of CHF,follow the NYHA standard I/II,III,IV three groups.40 healthy subjects served as normal group.Heart rate variability values and blood samples,collected all subjects had measured CA125,Cys-C,BNP,CA125 and Cys-C were compared,the level difference in HRV analysis;all heart failure in patients with serum CA125,Cys-C and BNP,LVEF,LVEDd correlation.Results: 1.CHF group serum CA125 value is higher than the healthy group,and heart failure exacerbation gradually increased.was positively correlated with the serum levels of BNP,and had negative correlation with LVEF,was positively correlated with LVEDd.2.CHF group serum Cys-c value is higher than the healthy group,and heart failure exacerbation gradually increased.was positively correlated with the serum levels of BNP,and negatively correlated with LVEF,was positively correlated with LVEDD.3.CHF SDANN patients than that in healthy subjects decreased significantly,and the heart failure exacerbation gradually reduced;NYHAIII group,IV group of SDNN patients than that in healthy subjects decreased obviously,and the heart failure aggravated gradually decrease.Conclusions:Heart rate variability in patients with CHF was significantly lower than healthy people,and gradually reduce the aggravation of heart failure;serum CA125,Cys-C higher than that of healthy people,and heart failure increased.
