Study On The Intervention Of Shenkangning Decoction On Cysc And Hs-CRP In Early Dn Patients With Qi And Yin Deficiency And Stasis Syndrome

Objective:By observing the effect of Shen Kang Ning Decoction on the levels of serum cystatin C(Cysc)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients with early deficiency of Qi and Yin and deficiency of blood stasis syndrome,the mechanism of action and clinical efficacy of Shen Kangning Decoction were further explored,providing relevant theoretical and clinical basis for the treatment of early DKD by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Selection into the standard gas Yin deficiency of clip stasis early DN patients 80 cases,according to the principle of random distribution,divided into treatment group and control group 40 cases,two groups of patients were given to control blood pressure,blood sugar,diabetes propaganda and education,such as conventional foundation treatment,the control group in the foundation treatment of enalaprilat tablets,the treatment group in the foundation treatment on renal corning oral,two groups of treatment are 8 weeks,Observed in the two groups before and after the treatment of urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR),serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),Cys C,Hs,CRP,blood lipid,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 HPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),and other indicators of change,on two groups of sorts through the data analysis and to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Results:1.Comprehensive efficacy: the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 87%,and the clinical effective rate of the control group was 75%,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).2.Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was67.5%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P< 0.05).3.TCM syndrome score: After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of patients in both groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P < 0.01),and the decrease in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).4.Renal function related indicators: After treatment,the levels of UACR,SCR and BUN in 2 groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P < 0.01),and the decrease in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).5.CYSC level: After treatment,the CYSC level in both groups decreased compared with before treatment(P < 0.01),but the reduction in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.01).6.Hs-CRP level: After treatment,the level of hs-CRP in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01),and the reduction rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.01).7.Blood lipid: After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in the control group decreased,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);The levels of TC and LDL-C in the treatment group were significantly lower than before(P < 0.01),and the decrease rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P <0.01 or P < 0.05).8.Blood glucose level: After treatment,the levels of FPG,2HPG and Hb A1 c in 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in the levels after treatment between 2groups(P > 0.05).9.Safety: There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups before and after treatment,and the safety was good.Conclusions:Shenkangning decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of diabetic nephropathy patients with early deficiency of Qi and Yin combined with blood stasis,and reduce the levels of UACR,Scr,BUN and blood lipid,which may be associated with the down-regulation of serum Cysc and hs-CRP expression levels.
