| Objective:For magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP)and endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)and computer tomography(CT)in the diagnosis of common bile duct calculi of meta analysis and evaluation on the diagnostic efficiency.Methods : According to evidence-based medicine diagnostics experiment screening methods,retrieval from 1989 to 2016 PUbmed,OVID,Medine database of MRCP,EUS and CT in diagnosis of common bile duct calculi of literature retrieval database of CNKI,Wang Fang in Chinese at the same time,the screening of three diagnostic methods in the literature of Meta analysis with related data and index respectively,with sensitivity and specific degree,working curve drawing subjects(SROC curve),calculate the area under the curve(AUC)and Q * value,compare their diagnostic value.Results:A total of 21 articles were screened out,including 25 groups,of which 13 groups of MRCP,8 groups of EUS,four groups of CT.Meta analysis results show that the MRCP,EUS,CT sensitivity of 0.91,0.95,0.83,respectively,specific degrees were 0.97,0.96,0.88;SROC area under the curve(area under the curve,AUC)were 0.9838,0.9897,0.9249,the Q * value of 0.9447,0.9578,0.8591,respectively.Three inspection methods,no obvious difference was found between the sensitivity of the similar degree of specific MRCP and EUS is CT is a bit high,AUC and Q * value were higher.Conclusion:Three inspection methods can be widely used in clinical,CT is a rapid diagnosis methods of common bile duct calculi,less trauma,MRCP as a noninvasive method at present,the accuracy is higher,but the testing time is long.Invasive endoscopic ultrasonography accuracy is higher,to a certain extent,the result can be affected by the operator technology. |
