Compared with the traditional thoractomy,video-assisted thoracic surgery is smaller trauma and recoverd faster,is recognized by domestic and foreign experts,and gradually become conventional operation of various thoracic disease.Through continuous improvement and development,gradually evolved into single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.This is a landmark progress and also a giant leap Since the birth of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic anatomical segmentectomy is used for the treatment of small pulmonary nodules,because it retained more normal lung tissue and reduced postoperative complications,is considered to be a more minimally invasive operation.this review summarize the history,indications,preoperative preparation,surgical methods,advantages and disadvantages,learning curve,and prospective of single-port video-assisted thoracoscopic anatomical segmentectomy,through consult domestic and foreign relevant literature and combined with own practice.
