| Objective:To compare the effects of uni-portal video-assisted and three-port video-assisted pulmonary segmentectomy in the treatment of early non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: The data of uni-portal video-assisted and three-port video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy in the three years from January 2018 to February 2021 were collected retrospectively from the center(thoracic surgery of the first afiliated hospital of Southern Anhui Medical College). The collected cases were divided into two groups, and cases were treated as a uniportal group, and the cases were treated as a three-port group.Comparing the two groups of cases in the operation time, intraoperative blood volume, intraoperative cleaning, postoperative chest closed drainage tube placement time, postoperative pain score, postoperative hospitalization time, postoperative related complications, etc.Differences in indicators. Results: In this study, the two groups of patients in gender, age, and lung segment location were not statistically different. The uniportal group and the three-port group were successfully completed, and there were no perioperative death. The operation time, lymph node dissection groups and numbers, postoperative complications of two groups, and there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Compared to the three-port group, the intraoperative blood volume, postoperative chest tube time and the postoperative hospitalization time is reduced, and the postoperative pain score is reduced, and the comparison is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: In the pulmonary segment resection of early non-small cell lung cancer, uniportal video-assisted and three-port video-assisted thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy is feasible and safe surgical technique, and surgical trauma is smaller than three-portthoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy, postoperative hospitalization time is shorter, conducive to rapid recovery after surgery. |
