| ObjectivesComprehensive analysis of China’s primary health care institutions,human resources data,health professional and technical personnel survey data and grass-roots medical and health personnel in-depth interviews with human resources management personnel,a comprehensive understanding of grassroots health human resources management,and fully demonstrate the existing problems in order to facilitate the development of grassroots Health institutions,human resources management mechanism and grassroots health human resources development of long-term planning,build a grassroots health human resources management system and establish a sound and efficient and flexible employment mechanism.MethodsUsing the literature database,access to the literature to understand the domestic health of human resources related to the theory and research status,the health system related personnel interviews,design questionnaire from the grassroots health institutions to investigate the current status of grassroots health human resources and existing problems to Luzhou City A district 19 public health and health institutions for the empirical study,to collect the human resources data of public health institutions during the 2014-2016 period,and to further understand the problems of human resources management in the primary health care institutions through data analysis.ResultsUsing the literature database,access to the literature to understand the domestic health of human resources related to the theory and research status,the health system related personnel interviews,design questionnaire from the grassroots health institutions to investigate the current status of grassroots health human resources and existing problems to Luzhou City A district 19 public health and health institutions for the empirical study,to collect the human resources data of public health institutions during the 2014-2016 period,and to further understand the problems of human resources management in the primary health care institutions through data analysis.conclusionsThrough the investigation and analysis,there are some problems in the management of grassroots health management,the lack of disposition structure,the shortage of human resources,the further strengthening of general medical training and the imperfect salary distribution system. |
