Empirical Research On The Influencing Factors Of Human Resource Construction In Medical Institutions Under The Mode Of "Medical Association"

The proposal of a healthy China is a requirement of the people to enjoy high-quality medical resources and a reflection of the government’s public service function.In this context,in order to optimize healthcare resources,H District of Guangzhou City has established two different specialized medical consortia groups with district level public hospitals as the core.Due to the academic community’s inability to qualitatively evaluate the construction of medical consortia,there is a lack of quantitative research on the construction of grassroots health talents under the medical consortia model,and the influencing factors of grassroots health talent construction need to be further verified.Therefore,under the guidance of public service theory and fairness and health equity theory,this article conducts empirical research on the influencing factors of grassroots health talent construction in H District of Guangzhou City,exploring the influencing factors and related relationships of talent construction in grassroots medical institutions,and providing reference for the medical consortium and grassroots medical institutions in this area in talent construction.This article collected talent data from H District in Guangzhou City,and conducted a questionnaire survey on subordinate grassroots medical institutions in 2022.Finally,939 valid data were collected.Through principal component analysis,factor analysis,difference and correlation analysis,structural equation SEM model,and other methods,the positive correlation between the influencing factors of grassroots health talent construction was finally verified.However,through empirical analysis in this article,it was found that under the medical consortium model,the impact of salary and benefits,career development,interpersonal relationships,and sense of belonging on the construction of grassroots health talents in H district of Guangzhou City was not particularly significant.Therefore,simply investing in the above factors may not be able to translate into improving the level of talent construction.In this case,the talent construction of grassroots medical institutions still needs to seek breakthroughs in other aspects.
