Probiotics And Immunotherapy Of Allergic Rhinitis In Patients With Peripheral Blood Treg Combined Adjustment

Objective:By testing in the experiment of allergic rhinitis in patients with peripheral blood CD4 + CD25 + Treg cells in peripheral blood CD4 + Treg cells of ratio(%),further comparison and discussion of oral probiotics and specific immune therapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in combination.Methods:1.According to the diagnostic criteria for allergic rhinitis,eliminate standard collection meets the requirements of 42 patients with allergic rhinitis(signed informed consent),randomly divided into 3 groups:(1)Chang Lekang group(14 cases):Only taking Chang Lekang treatment,a course of treatment,for 3 months.(2)Specific Immunotherapy(SIT)group(14 cases):Only for specific immune therapy,treatment for 3 months.(3)Chang Lekang +Specific Immunotherapy(SIT)group(14 cases):At the same time of oral Chang Lekang and specific immune therapy.2.Using flow cytometry instrument determination of CD4 + CD25 + Treg cells in peripheral blood,statistics,comparison and analysis and discussion on oral probiotics and specific immune therapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in combination.Results:1.The three groups after treatment of CD4+CD25+Treg cells content were higher than before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Chang Lekang + immunotherapy(SIT)group of CD4+CD25+Treg cells content issignificantly higher than the Chang Lekang group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Chang Lekang + immunotherapy(SIT)group of CD4+CD25+Treg cells content is significantly higher than the immune therapy group(SIT),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In the three groups after treatment of peripheral blood CD4 + CD25 + Treg cells content were higher than before the treatment,show that the three treatments for the treatment of allergic rhinitis is effective.2.And Chang Lekang group,immunotherapy compared(SIT)group,Chang Lekang+ immunotherapy(SIT)content of CD4 + CD25 + Treg cells in the group,showed that oral probiotics and specific immune therapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis have joint effect,joint action is better than that of a single function.
