Objective:A retrospective investigation was carried out on the hospitalized patients in the Department of general surgery of a tertiary hospital in Jincheng,to understand the nutritional risk and nutritional support status of the Department of general surgery in a hospital of Jincheng.The purpose of this study is to observe and analyze the nutritional risk screening in the Department of general surgery of a hospital in Jincheng,and to provide the clinical reference for the treatment of patients with nutritional risk.Methods:This study randomly selected from a hospital in Jincheng in 2016 were treated 156 cases of patients hospitalized in Department of general surgery,for eligible patients with NRS 2002 as a nutritional risk screening tool,including three aspects: hospital patients with disease status,nutritional status and age.Determination of the nutritional risk standard for: NRS≥3,divided into nutrition NRS<3 divided into nutritional risk.The use of descriptive statistics,t test and test analysis of the nutritional risk screening and nutritional support in the Department of general surgery of a hospital in Jincheng.Results:1、this survey were included in 156 cases of general surgery inpatients,the existence of nutritional risk in 95 cases,61 cases of nutritional risk.2、There was no significant difference in the incidence of gender and nutritional risk(P<0.05).3、Whether the risk of surgery and nutrition(P<0.05)was statistically significant.The hospitalization time of patients with nutritional risk was longer than that of patients without nutritional risk(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4、There was a significant difference in BMI index(P<0.05)between patients with nutritional risk and those without nutritional risk.Patients with nutritional risk were significantly different from those with no nutritional risk(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Patients with nutritional risk were significantly different from those with no nutritional risk during the week(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.5、age≥70 years old and age <70 years of nutritional risk were different(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.6、95 patients with nutritional risk,the standard of nutrition treatment of 63 cases,accounting for 66.62%.Conclusions:1、general surgery hospitalized patients with a higher incidence of nutritional risk,should be treated for each general surgery in patients with nutritional risk screening.2 、 general surgery hospitalized patients with nutritional risk and gender does not matter.3、hospitalized patients underwent surgical treatment than non-surgical treatment of patients with high risk of nutritional risk;the risk of nutritional risk than patients without nutritional risk of the average length of stay in patients with a long time4、the risk of general surgical inpatients than patients without nutritional risk of BMI index is relatively low proportion;less food intake and recent weight loss is also caused by inpatient nutrition risk one of the important factors.5、the older the higher the risk of nutritional risk in patients with higher.6 、 general surgery hospitalized patients with nutritional support treatment is still reasonable,can be further promoted.
