Objective Based on the theory of knowledge-attitude-behavior(KAP),we can understand the knowledge,attitude and behavior of the basic requirements that the graduates must meet in the undergraduate medical education standards-nursing specialty by the undergraduates of nursing specialty.This paper analyzes the existing problems,combined with the general information survey of demographic characteristics analyzes the influencing factors,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In order to perfect the implementation mechanism of "standard",accelerate the implementation of professional certification,improve students' knowledge-attitude-the level of behavior,cultivate a comprehensive development of the comprehensive quality of nursing personnel to provide research basis.Methods(1)Literature analysis.By retrieving the "medical education standards","nursing education standards" "KAP theory" in the CNKI,the VIP database,Wanfang Data Services Platform,Baidu,Google and so on,understand the educational standard of nursing process and content,writing literature review and mining the research ideas.(2)Questionnaire survey.Questionnaire is originally designed after consulting with experts and referencing to literature and the first part of the Undergraduate Medical Education Standards-Nursing Professional which indicates the basic requirements that the graduates must meet.The survey aims to investigate the knowledge,attitude and behavior of three years' undergraduates majoring in nursing in a medical university.The questionnaire consists of two parts: general situation and knowledge,attitude,behavior status investigation.The general situation includes 7 aspects: graduation year,gender,whether to be a student cadre,political situation,whether it is the only child,the mode of admission and the reasons for attending.Cognition includes five aspects,such as the promulgation,the use,the nature,the content,the structure and the characteristics,etc.For the attitude survey,the overall attitude from the macro perspective is firstly examined.Then the important evaluation towards the basic requirements undergraduates should meet mentioned in “Standard” is evaluated.The basic requirements include 9 ideological,ethical and professional attitudes,12 knowledge objectives,and 11 skills goals.The investigation of the behavior status includes the comprehensive quality evaluation of the survey object,and the evaluation of the degree of mastery of the graduates in the "standard".The investigation index of the degree of mastery of the "standard" is the same as that of the attitude survey.The data is true and reliable as the results of comprehensive quality evaluation are provided by every year's instructor..(3)Statistical analysis.The questionnaires are collected and code with unified number series.The data is analyzed by using the Epidata3.1 database and SPSS22.0 software.And the "standard" awareness rate as well as the general situation of the survey object are gathered for evaluate.Analyzing the attitude towards "standard" and behavior using 1-5 points grading,the higher the score the more positive attitude,the more conducive to the formation of good behavior.The total score of knowledge,attitude and behavior was classified by K-means rapid clustering analysis.Wilcoxon signed-rank test,Kruscal-Wallis H test and ordinal Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the factors affecting knowledge,belief and behavior.Spearman correlation analysis was used to test the correlation between knowledge,attitude,behavior and comprehensive quality evaluation.Results(1)Current situation of knowledge: "Standard" awareness rate is only 34.3%.The main way to understand the "standard" is network and other electronic media.The accuracy of answering the five aspects,such as education standards,purpose,nature,content structure and characteristics,regarding “standards” is low.The result may relate to different graduation years,gender,admission and attendance of interviewees.(2)Current situation of attitude: Students have a positive attitude towards the "standard".There was a statistical difference between the three basic requirements(p(27)0.01).Ranking from high to low are: ideological and moral and career attitude goals(4.37±0.56), knowledge objectives(4.37±0.56),skills goals(4.06±0.54).This may be related to graduation years,gender,admission,school attendance and other factors.(3)Current situation of behavior: Compared with the attitude,the mastery of the goal from those three aspects of basic requirements is low.There was a statistical difference between the three basic requirements(p(27)0.01).Among them,the mastery of skill target(3.26±0.82)is the least optimistic,followed by the knowledge goal(3.40±0.71),and then moral and professional attitude(3.78±0.64).Through the analysis of ordinal logistic regression analysis,it is related to the graduation period,the way of admission,the reasons of studying and so on.(4)The correlation between comprehensive quality and knowledge,attitude and behavior: The results of comprehensive assessments are classified as good(36.0%),medium(53.4%),and bad(10.6%).The analysis of Spearman correlation showed that the knowledge,attitude,behavior and comprehensive quality of nursing education standards were good with the Spearman correlation coefficients as 0.660(p <0.01),0.684(p <0.01),0.602(p <0.01).Conclusions(1)Knowledge: Due to the lack of propaganda of the “standard” from universities and channels to access it,there is asymmetric information between teachers and students.Students have low awareness towards the "standard".And the overall grasp of the situation is not ideal.(2)Attitude: The majority of nursing majored students have good attitudes and a high degree of enthusiasm for acquiring more knowledge.However,there still exists the phenomenon of attaching importance to moral cultivation and theoretical basis,which resulting a neglecting in practical skills.At the same time,as some male students and those students admitted to adjust lack identifications to their specialty,negative attitudes are caused.(3)Behavior: The overall level is not optimistic.Practical skills are the weakest.The information literacy,critical thinking and clinical decision-making ability,communitynursing ability,autonomous learning ability must be improved.(4)We should intervene in nursing students from three aspects,knowledge,attitude and behavior,and take effective and specific measures.By mastering the correct knowledge,students could form a positive attitude,and consequently establish a beneficial behavior to become a well-rounded nursing talent.
