| Objective: By comparing the surgery of lifting reduction,to study the clinical effect of distraction and lifting reduction combined with posterior inter-vertebral fusion in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods: To select 60 cases of patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis located in L5/S1 as the research objects,which were hospitalized during January 2012-January 2016.All patients were definitely diagnosed by X-ray,CT,and MRI.The whole cases were divided into 2 groups based on the different kinds of intra-operative methods(30 cases per group):control group(singly lifting reduction group)and research group(lifting and distracting reduction group).Of the two groups,the difference lay in whether the distraction was performed in the surgery.The patients of research group were performed distracting reduction amid insertion of 12mm-height Cage.While the patients of control group were singly performed lifting reduction,of which the inter-vertebral fusion were carried out with 8mm-height Cage.Records of general information and VAS\JOA\ODI score before and 1 month after surgery and of the last follow-up,as well as the postoperative rectification level and bone fusion condition,were analyzed statistically and respectively through charting.Results: To compare the related clinical indicators of two groups,research group was superior to control group in recovery of slip rate,inter-vertebral disc height,clinical effect scoring and bone fusion rate.Conclusion: When using RF pedicle screw system combined with posterior inter-vertebral fusion as the surgery for spondylolisthesis,to recover the normal inter-vertebral height as much as possible tend to reconstruct the better biomechanics status of spinal sequence.Distraction combined with lifting reduction is taking the lead in improving the clinical presentation and preventing from postoperative ASD.And the operation of it is not too tough so that worth applying in clinics. |
