The Study Of Rural Public Health Service Standardization Construction

In the 21 st century,to build "service-oriented government" became the target of the administrative reform and the center of transformation of government functions.With the development of economy and society,public service functions of government continue to strengthen,the requirements of the public services provided by the government are gradually improving,in order to meet the needs of the pubic,it is urgent to improve the quality of public services.Rural Public Health Service as a foundation public service related to people’s lives and health in rural areas,gains much attention.However,the current public health services in rural areas of China have problems such as insufficient investment in hardware and software facilities,lack of effective service standards,low service level and so on,it can not meet the needs of the people.To meet the needs of health service of the people in the rural areas,and to effectively perform the functions of government services in the field of public health,public health services is bound to innovate,the standardization of public health services in rural areas is one of this innovative active explorations.Study and research on the standardization of public health service in rural areas,will help to promote the construction and development of rural public health services.In this paper,with the construction of rural public health service standardization as the theme and the public health service problems in rural development as a clue,using the basic method of literature research,survey research and other,we analysis and study the construction of standardization of public health services with the case of Guanyun’s practice carried out in rural public health service standardization.By constructing a standard system for demonstration projects,evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of the standard system,we summed up the experiences of standardized construction,and propose a solution to improve the standardization of rural public health services combining with actual work.Hopes to improve the quality of service and service levels of rural public health in Guanyun continuously to meet the needs of basic health services.
