Research On The Thought Of Medical Social Work In Dr Siming Song

Modern society is material fertile.However there is also a large quantity of social issues exposed.Hospital is the place that arises many vicious events.Facing these events,there should be appropriate efforts made by hospital.Among them,the establishment and perfection of the medical social work system should be taken seriously.Currently,it is hard to deploy the work of medical social and train the professional worker for the medical social in our country.In order to address it,the subject background should be enhanced depend on the advanced concepts of medical social and experience from practical work.Dr Siming Song,famous expert worked in the Peiping Union Medical College,has extensive experience in medical services and management.His concepts and experience collected in this paper to promote the development of medical social field.This paper purposed to spread the concept about what the medical social work is and increase professional identity of stakeholders.Furthermore,improve the work standard and efficiency of medical social in hospital.Besides,patients could enjoy the better service,which could reduce the contradiction between the hospital and patients and alleviate social problem.This paper using literature review and historical analysis.Research historical literatures about medial social work of the Republic of China.Focusing on the practices of medial social work of Dr Siming Song in service bureau of the Peiping Union Medical College.Research his concepts and his practices that he combined the principles of medical social from western society and specific national conditions at that time of China.This paper is divided into four sections.First section is introduction of background,purpose,meaning and status quo and research methods.In the second part,Introducing the background of growing the concepts of Dr Song Siming.Thirdly,Explaining the basic concepts of medial social work of Dr Siming Song.For example,emphasizing the significance of medial social work,how to develop the professional system and how to implement practice of medial social work.Finally,reviewing the concepts of medial social concepts of Dr Siming Song,regards three aspects that is Historical status,contemporary value and limitation.
