Research On The Cooperation Between Chinese Medicine Hospital And Social Organizations In The Implementation Of Public Welfare Projects

In general,we think that the basic meaning of medical service is: medical service is that medical institutions take patients and certain social groups as the main service objects and medical technology as the basic service means to provide the society with material and non-material services that can meet people’s medical and health needs and bring real benefits to people,among which,the non-material services are mainly Including service attitude,commitment,image of medical institutions,public reputation,etc.,it can bring additional benefits and psychological satisfaction and trust to patients.It has symbolic value and can meet people’s spiritual needs.Under the new situation of deepening the reform of medical and health system,the social problem of non-material service in the field of medical service is increasingly prominent.To solve this social problem,meet the multi-level service needs of patients and better serve patients,it is far from enough to rely on the efforts of hospital staff,and it also needs the service of hospital volunteers to supplement.For most medical institutions in China,the management and development of voluntary service is still in the exploratory stage.Although some achievements have been made,with the vigorous promotion of national policies,the development of medical social work and voluntary service in hospitals is relatively rapid,the number of service personnel is greatly increased,and many kinds of service projects are blooming everywhere in hospitals,but there are still lack of legislation,insufficient funds A series of problems such as the lack of self-management and development ability.Taking the volunteer service department of Beijing S hospital as an example,using the research method of action research,combined with the specific situation of this study,researchers enter the hospital,participate in the process of the cooperation between the hospital and public welfare organizations,and select representative public welfare organizations for research.Select the public welfare projects of new art movement public welfare organizations,fund relief public welfare projects,relevant hospital principals,and children’s families as the research objects,through observation,interviews and other methods to understand the basic situation of cooperation between public welfare organizations and hospitals,collect and analyze the specific problems encountered in each stage of cooperation between public welfare organizations and hospitals.Through the analysis of the process of cooperation between s hospital and social organizations in Beijing to carry out hospital voluntary service,and the collation of interviews and relevant literature of relevant personnel of voluntary service department and relevant personnel of social organizations,it is found that the current process of cooperation between public organizations and hospitals is not standardized in terms of system,lack of professional standardization in volunteer management,and lack of self-management and development ability To sum up the mode of cooperation between s hospital and social organizations in the collaborative development of voluntary service,this study provides experience and reference for the exploration of public hospitals and social organizations in the collaborative development of voluntary service.It is more beneficial for social work to link resources and expand service platform to carry out innovative service types,better combine resources.
