Clinical Study On Treatment Of Intercostal Newralgia (Deression Of Liver-QI) By Acupuncture With Needle Arrangement

Purpose: This paper through the acupunture and needle arrangement of treatment of intercostal neuralgia.The main purpose is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of this method.Promote the application.Improve patient quality of life.Method: Randomized single blind control method was used in this study.By random assignment,60 patients with intercostal neuralgia(depression of liver-QI)were divided into two groups.In the treatment group,we use spininess and shallow needling,and another group we use conventional acupuncture.fives days for a course of treat,and statistical analysis of the data after the end of treatment。Result: 96.7% total effective rate in treatment group and 93.7% total effective rate in control group,There was no significant difference between the two groups in the effect of the rank sum test.It is prove that there is no difference in curative effect between acupuncture with needle arrangement method and the traditional acupuncture method.But the cure rate of the spininess and shallow needling group was 43.3%,the cure rate of the routine acupuncture proup was 33.3%.The results indicated that the acupuncture with needle arrangement group was slightly superior to the toutine acupuncture group.Conclusion: The symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved,and there was no siginicant difference in the cuuratve effect between the two groups.And that effect of acupuncture with needle arrangement in treating intercostal neuralgia.Clinically,acupuncture with needle arrangement reduces the patient’s fear of Acupuncture and the effect of acupuncture on the sensitive patients.And It is more likely to be accepted by patients because of its safety and operability is better than the conventional acupuncture method.It is worth promoting because the method is simple and effective.
