| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of needle knife release therapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, verify the effectiveness of needle knife release therapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia, and compare the efficacy difference between needle knife release therapy and ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. To provide a clinical basis for needle knife treatment of postherpetic neuralgia and a new idea of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for clinical treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods: a total of 70 eligible patients with postherpetic neuralgia were selected and included in this study. They were randomly divided into 35 cases in the observation group(treated with needle knife release therapy)and 35 cases in the control group(treated with Huatuojiaji and Ashi acupuncture). The patients were treated for 2 weeks. The visual analog score(VAS),TCM syndrome score and The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17)and dermatology quality of life index(DLQI)were statistically analyzed and compared.Results:1.VAS score :before treatment, the VAS score of the observation group and the control group decreased after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups at the same curative effectobservation node(P>0.05);The total effective rate of improving depressive symptoms in the observation group was 87.88%,and that in the control group was 78.79%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome score: before and after treatment, needle knife release treatment and ordinary acupuncture treatment can improve the TCM syndrome score of the two groups(P<0.05);However,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01);The observation group could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of pain refusal, insomnia and anxiety, dark tongue, white fur and weak pulse(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the clinical symptoms of fatigue and sweating, limb fatigue and dizziness(P>0.05);The total effective rate of TCM syndrome score improvement in the observation group was 90.91%,and that in the control group was 80.81%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.HAMD-17 score: after treatment, the HAMD-17 score of the observation group and the control group decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);However,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).4.DLQI score: after treatment, the DLQI score of the observation group and the control group decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the DLQI score of the observation group decreased more significantly, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:both needle knife release and ordinary acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of postherpetic neuralgia, improve its TCM syndrome, improve its social adaptability, reduce its degree of depression and restore its quality of life. However, the therapeutic effect of needle knife therapy is better than ordinary acupuncture. Its "simple, convenient andexperimental" characteristics provide a new clinical treatment idea for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,The curative effect is reliable and worth popularizing. |
