Investigation On Current Situation Of TCM Physique Identification Of Hypertensive Patients In A Community In Changchun City

Purpose: To investigate the distribution of TCM constitution types in patients with hypertension in a community in Changchun City,and to analyze the distribution characteristics of TCM constitution types in patients with hypertension in a community in Changchun City,explored the correlation between different influencing factors and TCM constitution types in patients with hypertension in a community,For the future community health management to provide basic data that improve the health of community groups.Method: In this study,200 cases of hypertensive patients registered in a community health service center in Changchun,which were collected by questionnaire.The patients were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,including 98 males and 102 females.The collected questionnaire data was used to build the database in Excel and the SPSS19.0 software used for analyzed.Result:1.The overall distribution of physical types of patients with hypertension in the community:the peace constitution was the main physical type,accounting for 52.00%,the qi deficiency,yang deficiency is the most common in Biased physical constitution,respectively,accounting for15.50% and 10.00%.2.The correlation between the physical type and influencing factors of patients in community hypertension:(1)the normal group of body mass index(BMI)was higher than BMI in the normal group of BMI(P < 0.01).BMI was higher than BMI in normal group,with statistical significance(P < 0.01).(2)the proportion of female Yang deficiency and blood stasis was higher than that of male,which was statistically significant(P < 0.01).There was a statistically significant difference between male and female(P < 0.01).(3)the proportion of qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and blood stasis in the middle obese group was higher than that in the non-central obese group,which was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The composition of the non-central obese group was higher than that of the central obese group,which was statistically significant(P < 0.01).(4)there was a statistical significance(P < 0.01)in the group of groups with no more than 10 years of history and 10 years of group peace.The constitutions of the twogroups were more than the same,without statistical significance(P > 0.05).(5)there was no family genetic history group with no family history group,which had statistical significance(P <0.01).The constitutions of the two groups were more than the same,without statistical significance(P > 0.05).(6)there was no statistically significant difference between smoking group and non-smoking group(P > 0.05).(7)there was no statistical significance in the composition of drinking group and non-drinking group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The main constitution type of Hypertensive patients in this community was peace constitution,indicating that the overall physical condition of patients with hypertension in the community was in the normal range.2.There was a correlation of BMI index,gender,central obesity,course of disease and family history of hypertension between with the constitution types in community hypertensive patients.There was a correlation between biased constitution with the BMI index,gender and central obesity.The physical type of patients with hypertension is not related to smoking and drinking.
