Purpose: This topic is based on the current achievements of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine for the treatment of tension-type headache and the problems were analyzed and summarized.According to many years clinical experience for nourishing blood mentor liver soup,USES the means of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of clinical syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and blood deficiency of tension-type headache for clinical observation and research,to clear the liver blood decoction for the treatment of tension-type headache syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and blood deficiency efficacy and safety.Method: Collecting 72 cases in this clinical observation,from 2016-2017 in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of geriatric subject clinic patients and treatment area,carries on the analysis of syndromes,according to the inclusion criteria,would be consistent with tension-type headache patients with syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and blood deficiency,using the random number table method,to conform to the standard randomized patients with TTH,treatment group and control group(n = 36).To give the party Nourishing liver soup,treatment group,control group given proprietary Chinese medicine serum brain particles,with indications of syndromes integral,NPRS score and HAMD scores as observation indexes,observation of symptoms,signs and related physical and chemical testing,sum up,get the data,through the statistical analysis,it is concluded that as a result,to clear the liver blood decoction for the treatment of tension-type headache syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and blood deficiency efficacy and safety.Result:(1)the treatment group total effectiveness 80.6%,control group total effectiveness 58.4%,treatment group after the comparison between the comprehensive curative effect have significant difference(P < 0.05),the treatment group and blood liver soup comprehensive curative effect is better than that of control group to raise serum brain particles.(2)the treatment group and control group after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,always NPRS score self-reflection were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),the treatment group and control group after treatment,the total score of syndromes,the NPRS group(P > 0.05)between the contrast of Nourishing liver soup,treatment group and control group to raise serum brain particles improve the syndromes,to reduce the effect of NPRS scoring.(3)the treatment group and control group after treatment comparison between the HAMD score between groups(P < 0.05),explain Nourishing liver soup,treatment group and control group to raise brain particles in lower HAMD score and blood serum liver soup is superior to the raise of serum brain particles.Conclusion:Nourishing liver soup,with raised serum brain particles have better curative effect in clinic,in improving the overall syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,to reduce the NPRS scores for the two drugs effects,in reducing the HAMD scores,alleviate depression Nourishing liver soup,superior to raise serum brain particles.Verified by clinical observation to further raise the clinical efficacy of "shugan decoction" soup blood from the patient safety in the process of clinical observation indexes not seen obvious abnormity,and the comprehensive efficacy of treatment of tension-type headache syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and blood deficiency Nourishing liver soup,is better than that of serum brain particles,has a certain clinical significance.
