girls).2.Statistical methods: after summarizing various data, using SPSS22.0 for data processing and statistical analysis. The results of quantitative data are denoteed by the mean number±standard deviation((?)±s) and t-he T-test and variance analysis are used in the comparison between gro-ups;The frequencyand composition ratio express qualitative data and t-he comparison between groups was analyzed by chi-square test. The calculation and drawing function of Excel are use d to calculate the overweight, obesity, poor eyesight, the age and gender difference of high blood pressure detection rate and Analysis differences.Result:1.The growth and development of children and adolescents. The differences in height, weight an-d lung capacity of boys and girls in Changji are consistent with the growth rate of boys and girls in height, weight and lung capacity. The difference between boys and girls is greatest in the fastest growing period.Girls’ height increases rapidly between 7 and 11 years old.And at the age of 11,it reaches growth peaks. The g-rowth of height tends to moderate after age 11.Boys’ height is growing rapidly b etween 7 and 14 years old, which tends to moderate after age 14.Before the age o-f 12,the growth rate of boys and girls do not change much.Boys’ height increa ses significantly higher than girls’ after age 12.2.A comparative analysis of the gr o-wth and development indicators between the children and adolescents in Changji a-nd the children and adolescents in the whole country. The indicators of height,w e-ight and lung capacity of young children in Changji are better than that of the w-hole country.Among them, the average height of boy’s height is 4.32 cm higher th-an the national average height and the girls’ s height is 3.66 cm higher than the n ati-onal height. The average weight of boys is 5.18 kg over th-e national average,a nd the weight of girls is 3.61 kg over the national average. The survey shows that dif-ferences in height, weigt and lung capacity increase with age. From the analysis of QI index,it can be seen that in the middle school students aged 7 to 17 in C ha-ngji,the added value of boys in all ages is significantly higher than that of girl s.Boys have seen a peak in added value from 8 to 9 years of age.Girls have se en a peak in added value from 11 to 12 years of age.3.The hig-h blood pressure det-ection rate of primary and middle school students i-n Changji is 6.27%(7.82% fo-r boys and 4.68% for girls). The detection rate of high blood pressure is 30.07%(31.18% for boys and 28.57% for girls)except for 12-year-olds,which is si gnifica-ntly higher than other age groups. The detection rate of high blood pressure of bot-h genders is less than 10%.4.The overweight detection rate of primary an d middl-e school students in Changji is 17.15%(17.87% for boys,16.26% for girl s),obesi-ty detection rate is 6.08%(8.16% for boys,8.1-6% for girls),normal wei ght detec-tion rate of girls and boys are 73.97% and 79.88% respectively. At the t est level of0.05,P<0.05.It can be concluded that the normal weight detection rate of girls is greater than that of male students, and the differenceis statistically signifi cant.5.C-hangji ch-ildren’s visual acuity rate is 53.51%(49% for boys,58.13% f or girls). In addition to the individual ages, the girls’ visual acuity rate is higher th an that of b-oys.Conclusion:1.There is a comparative analysis of the growth and development data between children an-d adolescents in China in 2014 and the stud ents investigated. The indicators of height, weight and lung capacity of young childr en in Changji are better than that of the whole country.2.The overall development level and n-utrition status of the students investigated are excellent. There is no moderate or s-evere malnutrition.3.The students investigated have the problem of b eing overweig-ht and obese.Boys are more likely to be overweight and obese than girls.4.The students investigated have the problem of having high blood pressure at young.Bo-ys’ high blood pressure detection rate is higher than girls.5.The dete ction rate of visual acuity is increasing with age among the students investigated. The number o-f people with low myopia decreases with age,but the number of m oderateand sev-ere myopia increases with age. |
