| mRNA transcripts in eukaryotic cells often undergo a variety of post transcriptional events,such as alternative splicing and RNA editing events.In recent years,A large number of studies show that RNA editing events closely related to human diseases,especially the occurrence and development of cancer,but it remains unclear how the RNA editing events can act on the tumor gene to change it.With the continuous development of the second generation of RNA-Seq technology,the amount of data processed and produced by sequencing work is becoming more and more large,and the research work of RNA editing has become increasingly cumbersome and difficult.So in this paper,the management system based on web is used to identify the RNA editing events and analyze its biological function,which greatly reduces the number of repetitive work and greatly improves the efficiency of data processing.In order to identify and manage the tumor specific RNA editing sites,a specific sites management system was developed with PHP,Perl and Mysql databases,which can realize the identification of mismatch events type,effective collection of sites information and to achieve CRUD,the filtering of false positive sites,quote Fisher exact test to calculate RNA editing sites in the cancer and adjacent tissues whether there are differences in the level of editing.The research shows that there are 66 specific editing sites in colorectal cancer,of which there are 9 specific editing sites located in the intron region and there are53 specific editing sites located in the 3’UTR region;there are 17 specific editing sites in kidney cancer,of which there are 7 specific editing sites located in the intron region and there are10 specific editing sites located in the 3’UTR region;Heart cancer has 171 specific editing sites,of which 1 located in the CDS area,65 located in the intron region and 96 located in the 3’ UTR region;There are 35 specific editing sites in ovarian cancer,of which there is 1 specific editing site located in the intron region and there are 31 specific editing sites located in the 3’UTR region.After the analysis of GO enrichment of substrate genes,we found that the most of the genes were related to the tumor progression.Finally,we use the mi Randa software to predict the target gene and found that hsa-miR-200 a combined with VHL and has-miR-150 combined with CFLAR could affect the incidence of colorectal cancer. |
