Purpose: To conduct a comparative observation on the preemptive analgesic effects of dezocine and flurbiprofen axetil in laparoscope cholecystectomy.Method: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.60 cases(ASA II or III,20~60 years old, weight 52~87 kg and BMI<25)undergoing elective cholecystectomy under laparoscope from June 2016 to December 2016 in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups: Experimental group(dezocine, group A)and control group(flurbiprofen axetil, group B),30 patients for each group. No patient experienced patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)after operation.Group A were given dezocine(0.1mg/kg)intravenously 5min before anesthesia induction and 30 min before completing surgery respectively, while group B was given flurbiprofen axetil(1.25mg/kg)intravenously5min before anesthesia induction and 30 min before completing surgery respectively. The VAS and Ramsay scores of two groups 30 min,4h,8h,16 h and 24 h were compared, and the postoperative demands for analgesic and adverse reactions were recorded.Result: The VAS scores of flurbiprofen axetil group at 8h,12 h and 24 h after operation were obviously lower than those of dezocine group(P<0.05),showing statistically significant differences;there was no significant difference between group groups in Ramsay score(P>0.05).The VAS scores of these two groups after operation were lower than 5 at different stages. Therefore, both groups achieved good analgesic effects after operation.5 patients in dezocine group used analgesic after operation, while no patient demand analgesic.Furthermore, the occurrence rates of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomit were low in flurbiprofen axetil group. Conclusion: Both flurbiprofen axetil and dezocine have their clinical application values in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. With a more definite analgesic effect and less adverse reactions such as nausea and vomit, flurbiprofen axetil should be promoted and applied in clinic.
