Background:With the increasing trend of aging population in China, the incidence of stroke has increased significantly, which has been the first cause of death in our country and caused great economic burden to the family and society.Among all types of stroke, ischemic stroke accounts for about 85%,while minor stroke accounts for about 46.4%.The existing research shows that the establishment of collateral circulation is the key to improve the prognosis of stroke patients.urinary kallidinogenase, butylphthalide injection and butylphthalide have been proved to improve collateral circulation, but comparative study of these three types of drugs are rare. This study was to evaluate the efficacy of these drugs with minor stroke and provide guidance for clinical treatment of mild stroke.Purpose:To compare the effect of urinary kallidinogenase, butylphthalide injection and butylphthalide in treatment of minor stroke. Methods:This study was a retrospective cohort study. The case group came from Zhongda hospital affiliated Southeast university with a total of 227 patients,in Nanjing Jiangsu province between December 2015 and February 2017.All of the subjects were diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke by CT or MRI scan. There were 92 patients in B group, they were given conventional treatment of acute cerebral infarction;30 patients in the A1 group were given urinary kallidinogenase 0.15 PNA U/d through an intravenous drip on the basis of conventional treatment;28 patients in the A2 group were given butylphthalide 50mg bid through an intravenous drip;77 patients in the A2 group were given butylphthalide 0.2g tid through oral administration · Scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke(NIHSS),Barthel index(BI),modified Rankin score(mRS score)were assessed before and after treatment of 14 days and 90 days;clinical curative effect were also compared; At the same time, patients received multi-mode MRIs and were recorded basic vital signs. At last,we did data analysis and came to a conclusion.Results:1、There was no significant difference between the general clinical data, including age, gender, past history(hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease,smoking,drinking)(P>0.05).2、Fourteen days later, the NIHSS scores of the patients in the four groups were significantly lower, the BI index was significantly increased, the mRS scores were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3、Ninety days later, the NIHSS scores of the patients in the four groups were significantly lower, the mRS scores were significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the A group, the baseline NIHSS and mRS scores of B group were significantly lower(P<0.05),the baseline BI index was significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,BI index and mRS scores showed no significant difference(P>0.05).4、The baseline NIHSS score,BI index and mRS score showed significant difference between the four groups(P<0.05);Fourteen days later, the NIHSS score,BI index and mRS scores showed no significant difference between the four groups(P>0.05);Ninety days later, the NIHSS score,BI index and mRS scores showed no significant difference between the four groups(P>0.05).5、Between the BI、B2、B3 groups, the baseline NIHSS score,BI index and mRS scores showed no significant difference(P>0.05),fourteenth days of treatment NIHSS score,BI index and mRS scores had no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the 90 days of NIHSS scores,mRS scores(P>0.05).6、The total and significant efficiency of A1、A2、A3 groups is higher than the B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Urinary kallidinogenase and butylphthalide can improve short-term and long-term efficacy of minor stroke and reduce the rate of deterioration.
