Study On The Treatment Of Malignant Tumor Based On The Spleen And Stomach

Objective:To explore theoretical basis and specific diagnoses and treatment and prescription for malignant tumor from the aspect of spleen and stomach.Methods:By reading up classics of traditional Chinese Medicine such as Suwen,Jingui Yaolue,Piweilun,Linzheng Zhinan Yian and so on,studying theories such us five elements,"Yin-Fire" and nourishing yin of the stomach and so on in a deep-going way,and retrieving theories and experience of contemporary doctors on treating malignant tumor from the aspect of spleen and stomach,application of theory of spleen and stomach in different stage of malignant tumor and its relationship between other zang-fu organs were explored to summarize theoretical basis and conventional treatments and prescriptions and to do analysis out of relevant clinical cases.Results:1.The theory of spleen and stomach in different stage of tumor was applied as follow:in initial stage,the method of invigorating the spleen and replenishing the stomach was applied for strengthening the body resistance and eliminating the pathogenic factors and anti-tumor and antidotismus therapeutics should be conducted by protecting the spleen and stomach at the same time;during the chemotherapeutic period,reducing toxicity and increasing efficacy should be achieved from the aspect of spleen and stomach;in last phase,vitality can be preserved by protecting qi of the spleen and stomach.2.Treatment of malignant tumor from its relationship between other zang-fu organs for contained that "delay of that supposed to come meant deficiency of vital gate fire"which failing to engender earth can lead to endogenous fever,"earth failing to engender metal" caused deficiency of the stomach and lung yin and impairment of yin and qi,"the being restrained element being out of control" caused by deficiency of earth leading to internal stagnation of water and morbid fluid,and "restrained excessively" can lead to prosperity of liver-fire and migration of wind-phlegm.Conclusions:1.Deficiency and excess of the spleen and stomach should be focused on in the whole process of tumor treatment to determine therapeutic method of reinforcing and reducing.2、It is important to pay attention to correlation between Zang and Fu organs.
