| Objective: Spleen and Stomach Theory is a representative medical work of Li Shi ’s theory of spleen and stomach.Li ’s unique view of the spleen and stomach is reflecting the concept of "cure for the disease,this in the spleen and stomach"."Spleen and Stomach Theory" comprehensively elaborates the academic thought of "spleen and stomach theory" and "yin-fire theory",as well as the treatment method of "Gan Wen in addition to great heat",his concept is not only to add new connotation to the dialectical system of viscera in TCM,but also to create new insights for the prevention and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.This paper intends to explore Li Dongyuan ’s basic academic thoughts on the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,as well as the characteristics and medication rules of the formula,by analyzing the frequency of medication,four qi,five flavors,meridians,through cluster analysis,complex network analysis and drug association analysis,and hopes to provide ideas and references for the scientific research and clinical guidance of the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases from yin fire in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Currently,data mining is an advanced technique to mine potentially useful information and knowledge hidden in the literature from massive data.With the help of modern data mining technology,the data statistics and analysis of the formulas recorded in the book can summarize the academic experience of famous old TCM practitioners,and this way has become an important part of TCM inheritance and innovation.In this study,based on the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform system,Li Dongyuan from the yin-fire theory of the treatment of spleen and stomach disease clinical prescription data mining.By collecting the prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria in Li Dongyuan ’s Theory of Spleen and Stomach,using the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform system for data mining,using the platform through the frequency of medication,four qi,five flavors,meridians,and statistical analysis,cluster analysis,complex network analysis and drug association analysis and other data mining methods,Li Dongyuan’ s experience in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases was analyzed and summarized,and then provided new perspectives and insights for modern Chinese medicine treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.Results: 1.Collect 53 statistical prescriptions of Li Dongyuan ’s book Spleen and Stomach Theory for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.Through the statistical analysis of these prescriptions,87 herbs were involved.From the analysis results,it can be seen that the highest frequency of use was ginseng,followed by tangerine peel,licorice root,Atractylodes macrocephala,Cimicifuga racemosa,Astragalus membranaceus,Bupleurum chinense,Angelica sinensis,Poria cocos,and Radix Glycyrrhizae.2.It is well-known that Li Dongyuan ’s medication is mainly herbaceous plants,and it can be seen from the statistical results that it is classified according to the efficacy,mainly heat-clearing drugs,tonic drugs,antidotes,qi drugs,and phlegm,cough and asthma drugs;and through the statistical analysis of the medicinal properties,it can be seen that the most frequently used drugs are mainly warm drugs;while in terms of medicinal taste,pungent,sweet,and bitter drugs are listed in the top three;in terms of drug meridians,the spleen,lung,and stomach meridians are predominant.3.Association rule analysis results showed that the drugs with higher drug association were:(1)ginseng-tangerine peel;(2)tangerine peel-ginseng;(3)astragalus-ginseng;(4)licorice-ginseng;(5)atractylodes macrocephala-ginseng;(6)licorice-tangerine peel;(7)cimicifuga-bupleurum chinense;(8)bupleurum-cimicifuga;(9)tangerine peel-licorice root;(10)tangerine peel-astragalus;(11)astragalus-tangerine peel;(12)cimicifuga-licorice root;(13)cimicifuga-tangerine peel;(14)poria-atractylodes macrocephala;(15)cimicifuga-ginseng;(16)bupleurum-ginseng;(27)Bupleurum chinense – Astragalus membranaceus.4.Based on the law of cluster analysis formula formula,the traditional Chinese medicines included in the standard formula can be divided into the following three groups,and the specific grouping is: Group 1: Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz and Poria cocos.Group 2: Angelica sinensis and Radix Glycyrrhizae.Group 3: Bupleurum chinense,Cimicifuga racemosa,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Astragalus membranaceus,Ginseng,Citrus sinensis.Based on the results of complex network analysis,the core prescriptions obtained were: tangerine peel,ginseng,astragalus,licorice,atractylodes macrocephala,bupleurum,and cimicifuga.Conclusion: Based on the preliminary analysis of Li Dongyuan ’s prescription rules,the following results can be obtained :1.First of all,through the results of literature research,it is confirmed that Li Dongyuan is good at treating diseases from the spleen and stomach,especially paying attention to the protection of stomach qi,and paying special attention to the coordination of the three organs of the spleen,stomach and lung.Under the ideological theory of ’ internal injury of spleen and stomach,all diseases are born ’,Li Dongyuan has the characteristics of sweet,flat and warm tonic in terms of medication.His drugs not only have the ability to supplement qi and yang,but also can disperse its stagnation fire,often combined with the combination of Xinsan products,Xingan combination can achieve the effect of ’ Xingan Huayang ’,so that the tonic but,on the contrary,complement each other;but at the same time,it does not refuse to use the bitter and cold medicine.After the corresponding processing techniques,the bitter and cold nature of the medicine is reduced,and the compatibility and dosage of the medicine are flexibly adjusted to remove the heat while taking into account the spleen and stomach.2.Li Dongyuan likes to use pungent and warm drugs when using drugs,most of these drugs have the effect of dispersing and eliminating evils to solidify the surface,ascending yang and expelling wind,dispersing and extinguishing yin fire,calming the internal wind,and restoring the normal operation of qi movement,which can not only lift the spleen qi,but also make the kidney qi rise,and under the influence of his teacher Zhang Yuan,Li Dongyuan planned this list of drugs as ’ wind medicine ’,and can be flexibly used in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.3.The treatment of yin fire should be used to tonify the spleen and stomach,raise the clear yang,and regulate the rise and fall.First of all,it is good to use the agent of pungent,sweet and warm to tonify the spleen and stomach,raise the spleen yang,and the agent of sweet and cold to reduce the yin fire,that is,the method of ’ sweet and warm to remove heat ’;secondly,with the more hyperactivity of yin fire,it is accompanied by the addition and subtraction of purging fire medicine,so that the evil of yin fire can be suppressed,that is,’ Yiqi Shengyang,purging yin fire ’.When the vitality is insufficient,the clear yang does not rise,and the turbid yin does not fall,Li Dongyuan makes good use of the method of regulating the ascending and descending when using the prescription,and applies the ascending and descending turbidity at the same time.According to the evolution of pathogenesis and the degree of dampness and heat,the medication was modified with symptoms.This paper summarizes Li Dongyuan ’s medication rules for treating spleen and stomach diseases from the theory of yin fire,expounds Li ’s main academic thoughts in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,so as to enrich the theoretical system of TCM diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,inherit and develop Li Dongyuan ’s academic thoughts,and provide a strong scientific basis for clinical application. |
