The Study Of The Allocation Of Urban Community Health Service Resource Based On New Medical Reform In China

"The central committee of the communist party of China,the opinions of the state council on deepening the reform of medical health system,” points out improving the newly-typed urban medical hygiene service system based on the community health services,accelerating the urban community health service network with the community health service as the main body,improving the serving function,and developing urban community health service are regarded as the important sally port of the medical health system,and all these can represent the optimized entry point to maintain the public health.This thesis takes Hengyang city community health resource as the research subject,and adopts the Gini Coefficient,Theil index and other systematic analysis according to China health statistics yearbook and Hengyang health statistics yearbook from 2008 to 2015,to establish the measuring model of the community health resource distribution of Hengyang city and to systematically research the features of the healthresource distribution of this community.It also analyzes the factors of influencing the community health resource distribution and optimizes the layout of the community health resource distribution of Hengyang city.The main research contents are illustrated as follows:(1)Summarizes the characteristics of the old and new health care reform,and analyzes the influencing factors and characteristics of community health resources allocation,studies the principle of community health resource allocation.(2)For 2008 ~ 2015 total amount allocation of Hengyang health resources situation and its comparison with the same period,this thesis mainly uses analysis methods of tal index,community health resources allocation measure model will be established,and analyzes the main health resources configuration of the Hengyang city community,and studies the factors affecting community health resources reasonable configuration.(3)According to community health resources allocation measuring model,the paper analyzes the problems of Hengyang city community health resource allocation,and researches the principal factors of affecting the reasonable distribution of the community health service.(4)Based on Hengyang city community health resource allocation imbalance,unreasonable structure,and the practical problems of optimizing the limited medical resource and etc,this thesis puts forward some reasonable suggestions,optimizes the layout of the community health service distribution of Hengyang city,and improves the medical resource level,service quality as well as the utilizing efficiency of the health resource.
