| Background and Objective: Ovulation disorder is one of the more common infertility,and its incidence rate accounted for about 20%-40%.Because of the serious impact of the disease on the family and society,it has become a common social problem in the world.Modern medical research suggests that ovulation disorders refers luteal dysfunction,anovulation,follicular dysplasia or mature follicles can not be properly discharged,which pathogenesis is mostly caused by many factors in the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis dysfunction endocrine dysfunction caused clinical symptoms manifested as amenorrhea,oligomenorrhea,dysfunctional uterine bleeding,infertility and so on.On behalf of the society,people suffer from various kinds of pressure,studies have shown that chronic stress can lead to anxiety,depression and other emotional disorders.Long-term chronic stress can lead to poor women follicular development,and polycystic ovary syndrome,ovulation disorders,menstrual disorders,infertility and other female reproductive endocrine diseases.In recent years,Chinese medicine in the promotion of follicular development,adjust the menstrual cycle,improve the pregnancy rate achieved good results,the future ovulatory disorder infertility research and treatment of great help to promote the development of medical career.Chinese medicine studies suggest that the incidence of infertility mechanism is mainly kidney and liver depression,so Bushen and Tiaochong become the main method of treating infertility.In addition to the use of drug therapy,acupuncture,embedding,psychological therapy and other therapies are also carried out clinical,in which the five elements music of Chinese medicine has a good effect of therapy in alleviating the patient’s anxiety.In the early stage of this study,we observed the curative effect of the combination of Bushen Tiaochong Recipe on patients with hemodialysis and ovarian disorder infertility,and confirmed that Bushen and Shugan can improve the ovarian function,promote follicular development and maturation,help to increase the number of mature follicles,improve mental patient anxiety during pregnancy preparation,and help to improve the clinical pregnancy rate of patients.In order to provide a theoretical basis for better treatment of infertility in clinic,this study which was based on the original issue on the use of Bushen Tiaochong Recipe joint Chinese Five Elements music therapy,will study Bushen and Shugan law on the reproductive system in animal experiments.Methods: 60 KM mice with mismatch,healthy adult female and physiological cycle were selected from 6-7 weeks old,weighing 27-32 g,kept in clean isolation cage,free drinking water and feeding,keeping room ventilation,cleaning,temperature 20 ± 2 ℃,humidity is about 50%,control light for 12 hours,dark for 12 hours.After one week of adaptive feeding,the rats were randomly divided into four groups: blank group(group A),liver depression model group(group B),Bushen Tiaochong group(group C),Kidney tone combination of five elements of the music group(D group),Each group of 15,the use of chronic unpredictable stress replication liver depression model,the model after the success of replication,given a group of free activities,free water;B group of saline 25 ml / Kg,1 / day,a total of 2 weeks;C group of patients with kidney dampers,equivalent to 1ml containing crude drug 2.3g,each fed 25 ml / Kg,1 times / day,for 2 weeks;D group of drugs and methods with the C group,while giving Five elements of music therapy for 2 weeks.The levels of serum sex hormones(E2,P,FH,FSH),endometrial thickness and morphological changes of uterine ovaries were observed and analyzed statistically.Results:(1)Mice in general After the success of the mice in the general model,compared with the A group,B,C,D three groups of mice showed a series of symptoms of liver depression,such as apathetic,reduced autonomy,dry hair messy.After treatment,the state of mice in group C and D was improved,and the mice in group B were in poor condition.(2)Mouse emotional cycle Compared with group B,the number of mice in group C and D was significantly higher than that in group B(P <0.05).Compared with group B,the number of mice in group A and group B was significantly lower than that in group B(P <0.05).Compared with group D,there was a significant difference between the number and the estrous cycle of the animals,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).(3)Comparison of serum reproductive hormones After treatment,the serum FSH level in group C and group D was significantly higher than that in group B(P <0.05),but the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in serum FSH level between group C and group D(P> 0.05).The results are shown in Table 2.Compared with group B,there was no significant difference between group C and group B in group D compared with group B(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between group C and group D(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in serum E2 level between group B and group B(P> 0.05).The serum E2 level of group D was significantly higher than that of group B(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in serum E2 between group D and group C(P> 0.05).The results are shown in Table 3.Compared with group A,there was no significant difference in serum P level between the two groups(P> 0.05).Compared with group B,serum P level in group D increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),D group was slightly higher than C group,but no statistically significant(P> 0.05).The results are shown in Table 4.(4)Comparison of endometrial thickness The thickness of the mouse endometrium was measured under a microscope using a multifunctional image analyzer.Compared with group B,there was no significant difference between group C and group B(P> 0.05).Compared with group B,there was no significant difference between group C and group B(P> 0.05).(5)Comparison of uterine and ovarian histomorphology The number of follicles and the number of follicles in group A were higher than those in group B,and the number of follicles in group A was higher than that in group B,and the number of follicles in group A was higher than that in group B The number of follicles in the ovarian tissue was higher,and the primary follicle,secondary follicle and mature follicle were seen.The D group was better than the C group.Conclusions: The results showed that the mice in the liver depression state,the estrous cycle prolonged,the number of animals in the same time period decreased;serum reproductive hormone levels;endometrial blood supply and gland decreased,the number of follicles decreased,reproductive function.The combination of Bushen Tiaochongfang combined with the five elements of music can shorten the emotional cycle of mice and increase the number of emotional mice;can improve the level of serum reproductive hormones in female mice with liver depression;can promote blood supply to uterine blood vessels,endometrial glands The number of primary follicles and secondary follicles increased,which was beneficial to the growth and development of follicles.Music therapy has a certain role in alleviating the state of liver depression in mice,considering the possible impact of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis regulation.This study provides a therapeutic method and theoretical basis for the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver depression with infertility in combination with the five elements of music therapy. |
