| [Objective]Through the physical examination of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated with insulin injection, screening for subcutaneous adipose tissue hyperplasia of insulin injection site was performed.Moxibustion therapy was used to treat subcutaneous adipogenesis in insulin injectors to eliminate or reduce insulin injection the insulin injection site subcutaneous fat hyperplasia, restore the effective area of insulin injection.Compared with the routine Magnesium Sulfate wet compress, with the preferred insulin injection site subcutaneous fat hyperplasia intervention method.[Methods]A total of 72 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with insulin injection who were hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology from Nanjing hospital of Chinese Medicine from September 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into test group and control group(36 cases). The control group was treated with 25%MgSO4 solution on the wet compress,2/day,15 minutes each time and 14 days for one course. The test group was given moxibustion therapy,1 day,10 minutes and 14 days for one course. The area of subcutaneous fat hyperplasia and safety index(scald)were measured before intervention,3 days after intervention,7 days after intervention and 14 days after intervention, and the treatment funds and nursing hours of individual patient were calculated during the intervention period.[Result]A total of 72 subjects were enrolled in the study,68 cases were collected,34 cases were in the text group and the control group.1 efficacy index1.1 subcutaneous fat hyperplasia area① There was no significant difference in the area of fat hyperplasia between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the data of the two groups were comparable.②There was significant difference in fat area between different intervention groups(P<0.05).③ There was no significant difference in the area of fat hyperplasia between the two groups after 3 days of intervention(P>0.05).After 7 days of intervention, the area of adipose hyperplasia was lower than that of the control group at 14 days after intervention,The difference was significant(P<0.01).1.2 fat hyperplasia intervention effectiveAmong the 34 patients in test group,21 cases were cured,9 cases were marked effect,4 cases were effective,no case were ineffective. In the control group,no case were cured,8 cases were marked effect,15 cases were effective and 11 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 100%in the test group and 67.6%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).1.3 treatment costs and nursing hours1.3.1 Treatment costsThe single treatment costs of the test group nearly 227.33 yuan, the control group nearly 596.44 yuan, the treatment costs in the test group were less than half of the control group1.3.2 Number of nursing hoursThe total number of nursing hours was 79.33 h in the test group and 238 h in the control group. The time required for the control group was 3 times than the test group.2 safety indicatorsDuring the intervention,no skin burns occurred in both groups.[Conclusions]1 From the intervention effect analysis, moxibustion intervention in insulin injection in patients with subcutaneous fat hyperplasia cure rate was significantly higher than conventional Magnesium Sulfate wet compress, which accelerate the recovery of diabetic patients with limited insulin injection site.2 From the cost of treatment and care time cost analysis, moxibustion therapy treatment costs were significantly lower than the control group, and nursing time cost of one-third of the contol group, that is,with the shortest time, the lowest treatment costs to achieve the best treatment effect. |
