Research purpose: Hospital research input-output analysis and scientific research performance evaluation are the important contents to judge whether hospital research level and efficiency are improved.It is also an important research direction that many scientific research managers pay attention to and pursue constantly.Through the performance evaluation of the current situation of the scientific research input-output transformation in Wuxi four courtyards,and combining with the situation of the use of scientific research project funds,the author analyzes the causes of the obstacle and lag behind the development of hospital research,and puts forward some suggestions and improvement methods..Subjects: In this study,the construction of the department of the Fourth People’s Hospital of Wuxi City in 2011-2015 and the hospital medical staff as the main research object,from commitment to scientific research project,access to research funding to obtain scientific and technological achievements,published research papers,Graduate students and patented inventions and other aspects of data collection research,the use of the construction of medical research performance evaluation system for the hospital’s scientific research situation from multiple angles of assessment.But also need to conduct a cognitive questionnaire survey of medical personnel,the construction of scientific research problems,and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.Methods: The data were collected from 2011 to 2015,and then the scores were calculated according to the basic points,weights and the number of items.Finally,the data were analyzed with SPSS19.0 statistical software.And the results were evaluated by correlation analysis.2,the questionnaire: the issuance of experts in advance under the guidance of the questionnaire to the ten major sections of the different titles of staff to conduct investigations,the first data on the statistical staff training before the statistics to prevent the wrong fill,fill leakage,improve the reliability of the questionnaire.The cognition of medical staff was mainly chi-square test,SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results: According to the input score,the output score and the ratio of scientific research performance,the input scores,the output scores and the scientific research performance ratio of each department were ranked.It is concluded that each department’s annual scientific research input and scientific research output are positively correlated,and the amount of scientific research funds and scientific research output of each department is also positively correlated.In the questionnaires for the medical staff,the statistical results show that the persons with different titles in the investigators have different understandings on whether the research can promote the anti-war and the medical level of the hospital,and the reasons for the limitation in the development of scientific research.Title of the basic reasons that the lack of research funding and scientific research equipment,there are a considerable number of people think that the lack of scientific research leaders.There are significant differences in the level of personnel engaged in scientific research at all levels,on the whole,there are a large number of junior professional titles,but the highest title from the participation of senior titles,so the main hospital scientific research or have senior titles of medical staff.In addition,the direction of the use of scientific research funds also found a considerable part of the funds used in non-scientific research spending.Finally,the hospital scientific research fund management system is sound,most people think that relatively sound,can show,Wuxi four hospital scientific research fund management system in the overall framework is reasonable,but in the details of the implementation of some problems.Conclusion: The research strength of our hospital is relatively insufficient and the gap between the departments is relatively large.Some departments such as tumor medical department have higher scientific research inputs,such as more scientific research funds and projects.Although the absolute value of output is higher than other departments,But far from the ideal output value should be achieved,so research performance is relatively low,in other words is the scientific research output rate is low.Some departments such as thoracic surgery research investment is low,investment in research funding and project less,and scientific research output is high,scientific research performance is high.Most of the medical staff that the hospital re-research funding,the purchase of scientific research facilities to do enough.The main scientific research or have a senior medical staff,a part of the staff.The majority of the initial staff have no chance to participate in scientific research activities;hospital research funding there is a low utilization rate,input-output ratio is low,some departments lack scientific research and other issues.Recommendations:(1)a clear positioning itself;(2)establish a sense of performance management;(3),increase investment in scientific research;(4)improve the incentive mechanism for scientific research;(5)improve the performance evaluation system of scientific
