Clinical Observation Of Naomai Shukang Capsule In Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke Recovery (Qi-Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Naomai Shukang Capsule in the treatment of ischemic stroke recovery period(Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome),thus to evaluate the drug’s effectiveness and safety for lay the foundation of clinical further promotion.Methods: 70 cases accorded with the inclusion criteria of ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group(35 cases)was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group(35 cases)was treated with Naomai Shukang Capsule on the basis of conventional treatment.The course of treatment was all for 4 weeks.The improvement of nerve function defect,activities of daily living,TCM syndromes,the blood viscosity and fibrinogen were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.All the data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results:(1)After the treatment,the scores of treatment group in nerve function defect,TCM syndrome and daily living ability obviously improved compared with before treatment,after comparing the show that was statistically significant,and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment.(2)After the treatment,the treatment group whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen levels decreased than before the treatment,after comparing the show that was statistically significant,and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment.(3)In the aspect of clinical curative effect: the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.4%,obviously better than the control group(74.3%),with significant difference;In the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect: the total effective rate of treatment group was88.6%,obviously better than the control group(71.4%),with significant difference.Conclusion: Naomai Shukang Capsule in the treatment of ischemic stroke recovery period(Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome)have the exact curative effect.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of nerve function,improve the abilityof daily life,reduce the disability rate,also can improve blood viscosity and fibrinogen level.It is effective and safe in clinical application.
