Changes Of Insulin-like Growth Factor L And Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein 3 In Girl's ICPP After Treatment

Objective: To detect the changes of insulin-like growth factor l and insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 in girl's ICPP after treatment,it helps to understand whether they can be useful parameters in assessment of treatment effects for precocious pubety.Methods: In this research,the patients who diagnosed as Iopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP)in Yi ji shan hospital the first affiliated to wannan medical college,according to the new guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of the sexual precocity,were collected.Ultimately,30 girls fulfilled inclusion criteria.The height,bone age,numeric date of seruln insulin-like growth factor l,insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 and E2 were obtained before and after the six months of the treatment of Gn RHa,respectively.(The progress of using the Gn RHa is that: Treating patients with 80-100 ug/kg of Gn RHa first time,and giving the same dose at an interval of 2 weeks,then giving 60-80 ug/kg of the drug once every four weeks(at most 5 weeks)for 6 months).Data was collected and analyzed.During the treatment,the height and secondary sex charateristics were detected every 2-3 months.The excitation test of Gn RHa was reviewed after 3 months of their first treatment.The dose of Gn RHa is appropriate for treatment if the results of excitation test fall to normal level of preadolescence.It is very important for the patients to review estradiol in blood regularly after treatment.Results: According to the two groups of paired T test,the main results after analysis indicated that: The levels of IGF-1 in blood of patients after treatment with Gn RHa were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while IGFBP-3 in blood did not show significant statistical difference after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: According to the research,we also can assess the therapeutic effect early through detecting the lever of insulin-like growth factor l in girl with ICPP after the treatment clinically;But there was no obvious change of the insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 in blood after treatment.So it is not sure in evaluating clinical effect of treatment early,and may be disturbed by other factors.
