Clinical Study Of ’Psycho-cardiology’ Model In Patients With Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Of Cardiac Neurosis

Objective: Based on the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of Cardiac Neurosis and Psycho-cardiology,through the relevant indexes of HAMA,HAMD,Resting heart rate,objective and systematic evaluate the effectiveness and safety of patients about liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of Cardiac Neurosis,exploring the curative effect of Psycho-cardiology treatment model in TCM syndrome,clinical symptoms,psychological state.Methods: A total of 91 cases of eligible patients with Cardiac Neurosis were divided into group A(Western medicine group)30 cases,B(Chinese medicine group)31cases,and C(Psycho-cardiology group)30 cases according to the random number table group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The scores of TCM symptom scores,HAMA scores,HAMD scores and Resting Heart Rate of the two groups at the time of admission and after treatment were recorded.The above results were compared,and the scientific efficacy evaluation was obtained through statistical software analysis.Results: The general conditions of age,gender,and disease duration of the three groups of patients studied in this study,as well as the scores of TCM symptom scores,HAMA score,HAMD score,Resting Heart Rate,and safety indicators before treatment were not statistically different(P>0.05),Comparable.After 4 weeks of clinical observation,the indicators were statistically analyzed.The results showed that:1.The effect of TCM syndrome: The effective rate in group A was 60%,the effective rate in group B was 83.87%,and the effective rate in group C was 96.67%.There was a significant difference between the three groups(P<0.01);among them,between group AB and AC.There was significant difference between BC and BC groups(PAB=0.044<0.05,PAC<0.01,PBC=0.032<0.05).Therefore,the effective rate in group C was better than that in group B,and group B was better than group A.2.The total scores of TCM symptoms: A group,B group,and C group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.01),and between group AB and group AC,BC There was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.01).3.Individual symptom scores of TCM: Palpitations,shortness of breath,chest tightness or chest pain in group A,group B,and group C,depression,irritable irritability,good rest,fatigue,fatigue,and incontinence are statistically different from those before treatment(P<0.05);In group A,the symptoms of oral bitterness(P=0.230>0.05)and loose stool(P=0.235>0.05)were not significantly improved compared with the treatment.Between groups,there was no significant difference in depression or irritability between the two groups(P=0.098>0.05).Between the BC group,there was a bitter taste(P=0.620>0.05)and loose stools(P=0.410>0.05).There was no significant difference in the symptoms,but there was a statistically significant difference among the other three groups(P<0.05).Group B was superior to group A in improving palpitation,shortness of breath,chest tightness or chest pain,good fortune,fatigue,fatigue,loose stools,and insomnia;and the use of dual-heart mode group C could better improve palpitation,shortness of breath,Chest tightness or chest pain,depression or irritable irritability,good for the rest,fatigue,fatigue,insomnia symptoms.4.Comparison of HAMA score and the curative effect of anxiety state: A group,B group,C group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.01);between AB group and AC group There was a significant difference between the BC and the BC groups(P<0.01).The effective rate in group A was 60%,the effective rate in group B was 77.42%,and the effective rate in group C was 90%.There was a significant difference between the three groups(P<0.01).There was significant difference between AC group and BC group(PAC<0.01,PBC=0.031<0.05),among which AB group had no significant difference(PAB=0.627>0.05);The efficiency was higher than that of the AB group,and there was no statistical difference between the AB groups.5,Comparison of HAMD score and the curative effect of depressive state:A group,B group,C group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.01);and between the AB group,AC group There was a significant difference between the BC group and the BC group(P<0.01);the effective rate in group A was 56.67%,the effective rate in group B was83.87%,and the effective rate in group C was 96.67%.There was a significant difference between the three groups(P<0.01),and there were significant differences between AB groups,AC groups,and BC groups(PAB=0.043<0.05,PAC<0.01,PBC=0.048<0.05).The effective rate in group C was better than that in group B,and group B was better than group A.6.Resting heart rate level: There was no difference between group A and group B before treatment(P=0.157>0.05).There was significant difference between group B and group B before treatment(P=0.035<0.05).There was significant difference between group C and group B before treatment(P=0.017<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant(P=0.220>0.05).7.Safety indicators: Safety indicators(WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT,AST,ATL,Cr,BUN)before and after treatment in the three groups of patients,no significant abnormalities(P>0.05),and all within the normal range;during the observation period Only 2 cases of dry mouth and 1 case of dizziness and discomfort were tolerated and self-relieved.This indicates that the medication and interventions are safe during treatment.Conclusion:1.Both Oraling Regulating liver,Transporting spleen and Nourishing heart Decoction and Using the model of Psycho-cardiology are effective treatments mode in Patients with Liver depression and spleen deficiency of cardiac neurosis.2.In the improvement of TCM symptoms and depression in patients,the use of Psycho-cardiology mode works best.3,in improving the patient’s anxiety state,the best effect of the use of Psycho-cardiology mode,oral oryzanol and oral liver and spleen and Transporting spleen and Nourishing heart Decoction basically consistent.4.In reducing the heart rate level,Oral oryzanol has no obvious curative effect in reducing heart rate;oral Transporting spleen and Nourishing heart Decoction and use the model of Psycho-cardiology is effective,but the efficacy of the two is basically the same.5.Both Oraling Regulating liver,Transporting spleen and Nourishing heart Decoction and Using the model of Psycho-cardiology are safe during the treatment period,and it is worthing further research and clinical application.
