| Objective:To investigate the effects of psycho-cardiology combined with fastigial nucleus stimulation(FNS)on inflammatory factors,N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),dopamine(DA)and depressive symptoms in patients with stable coronary artery disease(SCAD)complicated with depression.Methods:One hundred and fifty patients who attended the Department of Cardiology at the Third People’s Hospital of Mianyang City from February 2020 to October 2021 and were hospitalized with a confirmed diagnosis of stable coronary artery disease combined with depression were selected as study subjects.A random sampling method was used to divide the patients into a control group,a psycho-cardiology treatment group and a combination treatment group.The control group was given conventional treatment of coronary heart disease and pseudo-stimulation of the fastigial nucleus,The psycho-cardiology treatment group was given psychological interventions on top of the control group,In the combined treatment group,conventional treatment of coronary heart disease,electrical stimulation of the parietal nucleus of the cerebellum,and psychological intervention were given.The changes of Tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),and dopamine(DA)were observed in the three groups of patients,and the state of depression was assessed by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).Results:There were no significant differences between the three groups in baseline information such as gender,age,BMI,history of hypertension,history of diabetes,history of smoking,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,AST,and ALT(P>0.05)).Serum NT-ProBNP and TNF-α concentrations decreased significantly after treatment in all three groups,and the decrease in the combined treatment group was more significant difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).HAMD scores,in the control group,the difference before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),in the psycho-cardiology treatment group as well as in the combined treatment group,the scores had a significant decrease compared to before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the combined treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum 5-HT and DA concentrations were not statistically different in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05),but were significantly higher in the psycho-cardiology treatment group as well as the combined treatment group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the increase was more pronounced in the combined treatment group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:psycho-cardiology medicine combined with FNS can effectively reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors and NT-proBNP,increase the serum concentrations of 5-HT and DA and improve the symptoms of depression in patients with SCAD complicated with depression. |
