Shengyang Yiwei Decoction Can Improve Chronic Persistent Asthma (Spleen And Stomach,Dampness Stagnation Syndrome) Clinical Observation Of Hyperresponsiveness

Purpose:Through the application of shengyangyiwei Decoction in improving chronic persistent asthma（spleen and stomach,dampness stagnation syndrome）clinical curative effect observation of airway hyperresponsiveness,compared with patients in the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,certainly shengyangyiwei decoction can improve chronic persistent asthma（spleen and stomach,dampness stagnation syndrome）treatment the role of airway hyperresponsiveness,the treatment of the meaning of"argument from theory of the spleen and stomach,the abnormal function of angle"and"harmonization"of governance,to solve the limitation of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease,expansion of bronchial asthma treatment.Method:Selected 72 patients meeting the inclusion criteria from February 2016 to December 2016 pulmonary disease department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine of outpatient and inpatient patients,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.All the subjects were randomly numbered.The control group used Shah Mette Lo/fluticasone inhalation（brand name:Seretide,GlaxoSmithKline Co）,specifications:50 g/100 g*60suction.Usage:1 suction,2 times a day.Treatment for 4 weeks.The treatment group was set up on the basis of the control group,taking shengyangyiwei decoction,two groups of curative effect comparison.The patients required inhaled short acting beta 2 agonists-Salbutamol Aerosol 1（GlaxoSmithKline,100 micrograms/200 specifications,press,press）,when patients with dyspnea,throat wheezing cannot be sustained remission.The two groups before and after treatment of symptoms,signs and before and after the use of exhaled breath NO determination of the difference between the two groups,the treatment group and the control group,in order to determine the feasibility of the subject.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75%,which was significantly better than that of the control group（P<0.05）byχ² test.Through clinical observation found in the treatment group compared to control group,spontaneous sweating,shortness of breath and low voice fatigue,abnormal stools and other symptoms,exhaled nitric oxide measurement index improved significantly.Conclusion:Chronic persistent asthma and airway hyperresponsiveness associated with spleen and stomach,dampness resistance,chronic persistent asthma airway hyperresponsiveness state from the spleen and stomach,skin disorders angle"and"harmonization"of governance is correct and feasible.
