Qinggan Zhixuan Decoction In The Treatment Of Elderly Patients With Isolated Systolic Hypertension (Liver Fire Hyperactivity) Clinical Observation

Purpose: The western medicine nifedipine 4 weeks of controlled release tablets of standardized treatment,combined with Chinese herbal medicine prescription check treatment Qinggan Xuan Fang,to observe the antihypertensive effect of the combination of the two,the clinical symptoms and improve safety,thus the Zhixuan recipe in treating elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension on Qinggan Decoction(liver fire hyperactivity)to make objective evaluation,to broaden the TCM therapy for hypertension,diagnosis and treatment for hypertension in the conventional western medicine foundation.Method: Western medicine was diagnosed in 72 elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension.And the TCM syndrome with liver fire hyperactivity.The patients were randomly divided into: Chinese and Western medicine treatment group and Western medicine group legal distribution,according to the proportion of 1:1,the western medicine control group received first-line antihypertensive drug nifedipine controlled-release tablets internationally recognized 30mg/,once daily orally in daily fasting patients will,at six thirty in the morning take;Chinese and Western Medicine treatment group on the basis of legal control treated with Shugan Xiehuo,with liver Yang of traditional Chinese medicine granules at 150 ml,two times a day.For 4 weeks,followed by a group of blood pressure and 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,TCM symptom assessment,safety testing;measurement of blood pressure during treatment patients were followed daily at a time;the end of the treatment in the last week of 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and symptom integral assessment,safety testing project.Result: Through the clinical observation of verification,the conventional western medicine treatment method only can reach a certain antihypertensive effect,but the combination of Chinese and Western medicine In treatment elderly patients isolated systolic with of hypertension(liver fire hyperactivity): The efficacy of treatment was significantly than the better control the group group,significant antihypertensive effects(P<0.05),the TCM symptoms improved significantly(P<0.01),strong security.It provides new ideas and theoretical support for the majority of medical workers in the treatment of hypertension.Conclusion:1.Qinggan Zhixuan decoction combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets In the of elderly with isolated systolic treatment patients hypertension(liver fire hyperactivity)than the antihypertensive efficacy of the patients with nifedipine controlled-release tablets.2.Qinggan Zhixuan decoction combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets can effectively improve the elderly isolated systolic hypertension(liver fire hyperactivity)patients' tcm symptoms.3.Qinggan Zhixuan decoction combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension(anger hyperactivity syndrome)patients,4 week observation period is safe and effective,no adverse events occur.
