Yiqi Buxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Blood Deficiency Type Dizziness(Vertebrobasilar TIA)Clinical Observation

Objective: Objective to evaluate the Yiqi Buxue Decoction on treating blood deficiency type of dizziness(vertebrobasilar TIA)the clinical efficacy and safety,to lay the foundation for the further study of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vertigo.The Yiqi Buxue Decoction in the treatment of blood deficiency type dizziness(vertebrobasilar TIA)from patients with Replenishing Qi and blood of the nourishing blood,invigorating spleen and stomach method for the treatment of the principle.Clinical observation of Yiqi Buxue Decoction in the treatment of blood deficiency type dizziness(vertebrobasilar transient ischemic attack),impact on the quality of life of patients,improve the quality of life of patients from patients and reduce the pressure to play the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.Method: The trial was selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Follow open,parallel controlled trials.The treatment group: Yiqi Buxue Decoction decoction,the medicine room of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the drug decocting machine,herbal pharmacy Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The drug composition is: Astragalus 30 g,dangshen 15 g,Atractylodes 15 g,15g yam,Poria 20 g,orange peel 15 g,medlar 15 g,angelica 20 g,Chuanxiong 15 g,3G(37 ").The above medicine decoction to extract juice 300ml/agent,a 150 ml,two times a day sooner or later.Control group: Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets(Bayer healthcare,Zhunzi J20130078).Each time 0.1g,1 times a day,oral.All the groups were treated for 14 days and followed up for 1 months.Clinical observation time was 2016.The severity score of vertigo,vertigo disorder scale,TCM syndrome score were observed before treatment,after treatment and 1 months after treatment.Results:The collected blood deficiency type dizziness(vertebrobasilar TIA)with a total of 72 cases,36 cases were divided into treatment group,36 cases in the control group,the treatment group in 16 cases of male and 20 female patients in the control group,male 14 cases,female 22 cases.The results showed that: through the TCM syndrome integral method and vertigo disorder scale treatment group and control group before and after comparison can be drawn,the efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group,thereby proving the effectiveness of Yiqi Buxue Decoction in the treatment of blood deficiency type vertigo clinical.It provides a new idea for the treatment of vertigo.Conclusion: The above results indicate that Yiqi Buxue Decoction in the treatment of blood deficiency type dizziness(vertebrobasilar transient ischemic attack)the curative effect is worthy of recognition,at the same time,in the aspect of theory is justified,this study only proved Yiqi Buxue Decoction in the treatment of blood deficiency type vertigo(vertebral basilar artery system TIA)clinical curative effect in the hope that the future will have more clinical research further in more areas.The Qi and blood Tang is more widely used in clinical.
