Clinical Observation On Mammary Gland Hyperplasia (Liver Depression And Qi Stagnation Type) By Resolve Depression Through Stasis Method

Purpose: This study aims to use of randomized controlled trials,liver depression and qi stagnation type of mammary gland hyperplasia patients divided into treatment group(application resolve depression through stasis method)and the control group(routine acupuncture method),by looking at two different treatment to the patient’s clinical curative effect difference,and then verify resolve depression stasis method is a more effective and standardized treatment measures,to expect in the future can be extended to the field of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method: According to the clinical observation,standard,from the traditional Chinese acupuncture and therapy area of jilin province income of 60 cases of liver depression and qi stagnation type of mammary gland hyperplasia patients randomized,the treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Two groups of patients,respectively,according to resolve depression through stasis method(acupuncture resolve depression hole match with the back of the needle therapy)and conventional acupuncture method(conventional acupuncture point back fast needle therapy)for treatment.By observing two groups of patients after the one course in curative effect evaluation standard and data statistics(application SPSS19.0)before and after the change,according to the data conclusion to make treatment evaluation.Result: Treatment group total effective rate was 93.33%,control group total effective rate was 80.00%,comparing the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05).Two methods of treatment in reducing tumor pain degree,softening lump hardness,reduced tumor size and scope,improve the symptoms of the disease with all have certain effect,but the effect of the treatment group is better than that of control group is compared between group(P < 0.05).This indicates that the treatment of the treatment of mammary gland stasis is significantly superior to conventional acupuncture.Conclusion: This clinical observation results show that not only can resolve depression through stasis method to treat the disease quickly relieve swelling degree,softening lump hardness,reduced tumor size and scope can also improve the body accompany symptoms of the disease.This treatment not only operation process is simple but also has achieved rapidly,which has the clinical feasibility,which can be chosen by the promotion in the future.
