Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Liver Depression And Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome With Ruxian Yizeng Pills For Breast Hyperplasi

Objective: The clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes and laboratory indexes of hyperplasia of mammary gland of liver depression and phlegm retention treated by Ru Xian Yi Zeng Wan and Tamoxifen were observed and compared,to explore the advantages and characteristics of Ru Xian Yi Zeng Wan in treating hyperplasia of mammary gland of liver depression and phlegm retention.Methods: Sixty-six patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland who were treated in the Gynecology out-patient clinic or cardio-thoracic vascular breast out-patient clinic of Dianjiang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chongqing from October 2021 to October2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into test group and control group by random and double-blind method.33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tamoxifen+traditional Chinese medicine simulant,and the test group was treated with Ru Xian Yi Zeng Wan+western medicine simulant.Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles,and the breast pain,the size,hardness and range of the lump,the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and the level of hormone in serum were recorded before and after treatment.Results: The age,BMI,course of disease,breast pain score,breast lump size score,hardness score,range score,TCM symptom score,estradiol,progesterone,prolactin of the two groups had no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the breast pain score,breast mass size score,hardness score,range score,TCM symptom score,estradiol,progesterone,prolactin of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the breast pain score,TCM syndrome score and estradiol were statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the mass size score,mass hardness score,mass range score,progesterone and prolactin(P>0.05),indicating that the experimental group was reducing the mass size,mass hardness,mass range,progesterone level and prolactin.The total effective rate of the test group compared with the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the test group was superior to the control group.Conclusion: Both Ru Xian Yi Zeng Wan and Tamoxifen can improve hyperplasia of mammary glands from clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes and laboratory indexes.Ru Xian Yi Zeng Wan is more effective in relieving breast pain,improving TCM syndrome,reducing estradiol,and the total effective rate is higher.
