Discussion On Management Of Medical Hierarchical Diagnosis And Treatment

With the development of economy,more and more attention has been paid to public health problems,public health care is closely related to the lives of hundreds of millions of people,especially with the deepening of the reform,our government is also constantly trying to carry out health care reform,constructing a New Medical and Health Service system to meet people’s needs for health care and improve people’s health and well-being.Graded diagnosis and treatment came into being in such a background,the purpose of graded diagnosis and treatment is to change the problem of difficult access to medical treatment,but there are a lot of problems in the process of implementation.In this paper,the investigation and interview of patients and medical staff in three level hospitals and community hospitals in Zhengzhou,and interviews with relevant personnel of government departments were conducted to find Problems found in the process of grading diagnosis and treatment,Different questionnaires were set up for patients and medical staff at all levels,In order to fit the psychology of the investigated group more closely,To achieve the most authentic and best results.Descriptive analysis of the questionnaire was conducted by SPSS22.0 and Analysis and factor analysis to Find out the problems that affect the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,And the principal component analysis method is used to find the maximum load index,And these factors are classified and summarized,Interviews with medical staff and government officials were used to supplement the deficiencies of the questionnaire,The problems of grading diagnosis and treatment were summarized.From the perspective of diversification of interests and stakeholder theory To analyze the problems encountered by the various stakeholders in the implementation process of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and the problems mainly includes:(1)The awareness rate of grading diagnosis and treatment is too low,Distrust in primary hospitals.(2)Cognition of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,Shortage of resources at the grassroots level,Hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,Benefit maximization of medical workers in grade three hospitals.(3)The problem of unequal distribution of medical resources.There are measures taken:(1)Strengthen the propaganda of grading diagnosis and treatment,(2)optimize the allocation of resources,(3)Maximize the interests of stakeholders,(4)Perfect the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.
