Purpose:1.Understanding the occurrence of AEFI in Suzhou Industrial Park in 2015-2016years;2.Analyze the characteristics of AEFI in Suzhou Industrial Park during the past2015-2016 years;3.Evaluate the operation of AEFI information management system in Suzhou Industrial Park in 2015-2016 years and the safety of vaccination.Dynamic monitoring,analysis of the causes of AEFI may occur,to ensure the safety of vaccination work,to further protect children’s physical and mental health,in order to improve the quality of the vaccine,reduce the adverse reaction of vaccination rate to provide a scientific basis for.Data and methods:2.1 data processing and statistics by the national AEFI information management system,the Suzhou Industrial Park from January 1,2015 to December 31,2016 and during the report of the AEFI case data export to Microsoft excel(Microsoft Excel)statistical analysis of documents.If there are more than 2 kinds of AEFI vaccines and vaccination,in which a vaccine the most suspicious statistics.2.2 Analysis of indicators by descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyse the occurrence of AEFI street,month,age and sex distribution;different vaccine AEFI classification report and the occurrence of adverse reactions;clinical diagnosis and time interval distribution;clinical distribution of various vaccine vaccination abnormal reaction.The estimated reporting rate of a vaccine for certain AEFI(/10 doses)= the number of AEFI reports for a vaccine / the number of *10 doses of the vaccine.2.3 AEFIMS evaluation index including to the streets as a unit,the AEFI report found within 48 h after the rate is not less than 90%;the need to investigate the AEFI survey rate was higher than 90% in the report in 48 h after AEFI;questionnaire survey in 3D after the reporting rate is not less than 90%;the AEFI Report of the county coverage reached 100%.Result:1,Suzhou Industrial Park 2015-2016 years AEFI information management system received a total of 369 cases,in 2016 than in 2015 the number of reports increased by 27 cases,the reporting rate increased by 3.76/10 million;2,a total of 5 streets in the region have data reports,AEFI coverage rate of 100%,AEFI48 h reporting rate of 99.42%,48 h investigation rate of 96.15%,the investigation and disposal rate of 100% in the 3d;3、AEFI number to the maximum number of children below 1 years old,accounting for 82.38% ".4、The total incidence rate of 4 and AEFI was 60.32/10 million;5、the general reaction(fever,redness and swelling,induration)mainly accounted for92.95 in the report classification,and the abnormal reaction was mainly allergic skin rash and Bacillus Calmette Guerin(BCG).Vaccine quality accidents,accidents,disease,vaccination coupled psychogenic reaction were not reported.6,AEFI occurred mainly in the time after inoculation of less than 1d;7,AEFI report(no cell)vaccine to DPT vaccine accounted for the most,accounting for 12.08%8,AEFI months for the two or three quarter is more,winter and spring season less;Allergic reactions were most common in 9 and AEFI abnormal reactions,among which allergic skin rashes were the most common;10,AEFI coverage rate of regional reports 100%;11,AEFI,the outcome of the case,"cure or improve" rate of 100%.Discuss:The sensitivity and quality of national AEFI monitoring steadily,there is no vaccine quality accident and human error report,AEFI often occur in young age especially in 2 ~March were the highest,because the stage coincides with the vaccination peak,the relative number of reports were occurred after inoculation for long time interval is less than or equal to 1D,can be considered as non vaccine related reactions,the national immunization program vaccination abnormal reaction occurred in the report is expected to occur within the scope of.Conclusion:AEFI monitoring is still facing serious challenges,to further improve the AEFImonitoring management level,especially to strengthen the monitoring of AEFI weak areas;to further regulate the abnormal reaction to vaccination causality assessment,improve the diagnosis and identification of the investigation of quality AEFI;push forward the related research of AEFI data analysis and signal mining tools,improve the ability of vaccine safety evaluation.
