Effects Of The Nobel Prize For Artemisinin Discovery On Policies Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Employment Of Students

Objective:.After milestone event of“The Nobel prize in Artemisinin medicine”,we investigated the policies on traditional Chinese medicine,the changes of the human post demand in Chinese medicine enterprises,the chang of student enrollment,and the influence of students’employment.We further analyze the relationship between artemisinin awards and traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy,and hope to find more new talents to for modern Chinese medicine.Methods:.1.Major policies and regulations of traditional Chinese medicine after 2015 were collectedand analyzed their contents and significance.2.We investigated the human post demand in 2016 and 2017 of hospital settings,pharmaceutical factories and pharmacies in Jiangsu,and compared the results,the trend of change,and the main factors between two years.3.We also Investigated student number,registration rate,ratio of rural,number of over the age of 20,the number of poor students,the number of self enrollment and recruiting results.the main factors were analyzed and compared.4.Investigation of our TCM professional 2015 session and the 2016 session of the graduates’employment situation feedback,such as its alma mater satisfaction,income level,employment and related professional degree data,and the analysis and comparison,analysis of trends.Draw corresponding conclusions.Results:1.Chinese medicine policy:The development of Chinese medicine"13th Five-Year"planning increase policy support,and gradually increase the key disciplines and key subject construction and personnel training of Chinese medicine.Publication of white paper on Chinese medicine in China.People’s Republic of China traditional Chinese medicine law provides legal guarantee for the development of Chinese medicine,promotes the global influence of Chinese medicine,and solves the problem of human health in a unique way of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Chinese medicine pharmacy enterprise talent demand in 2016 and 2017 survey results change little,can only directly contrast data,in 2017 compared with the 2016Chinese medicine occupation job demand related index has slight growth.The study of this project needs to be investigated in the January 2018 survey report,in order to draw further research conclusions we will need those statistics above.3.From 2016 to 2017,the change of student enrollment data in traditional Chinese medicine reflects a great degree of difference and improvement after chi square test data analysis.In the context of the Nobel prize of artemisinin propaganda,Chinese medicine policies promulgated by the state and related industry development changes have certain influence on the public,attracted many senior high school graduates for Chinese medicine professional school.4.For 2015 and 2016 graduation,employment rate was 95.5%and 95.0%,rate of job related to major was 92%and 91%,demission rate in half year was 15%and 18%.Thus,we generally rached the goal for major training.The average of income was 3086 yuan and3148 yuan per month for students graduated in 2015 and 2016.The most discontent things was low income(70%)and no enough room for individual development(54%).It remained a high level for recommendation and satisfaction in school.The analysis showed a statistical significant(χ~2=0.029,P=1.00).Conclusion1.“The Nobel prize in Artemisinin medicine”led to the publication of white paper of“Chinese medicine in China”and“State law of traditional Chinese Medicine”.2.The relative index of the human post demand for in Chinese medicine enterprises were slightly increased.The data of 2018 should be added to further analyze.,3.Compared with 2016,the quantity and quality of students was significantly improved in 2017.Social influence of major in traditional Chinese medicine is increasing year.4.Employment situation and employment satisfaction of major in traditional Chinese medicine remained in high level in 2015 and 2016 graduation.
