Clinical Study Of Double-Ring Incision Breast-Conserving Surgery And Traditional Breast-Conserving Surgery In The Treatment For Breast Cancer

OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical experience and postoperative cosmetic effect of double-ring incision breast-conserving surgery and traditional breast-conserving surgery in breast cancer patients.Methods: From June 2012 to June 2016,the patients with early breast cancer who underwent breast conserving surgery were enrolled in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University.The criteria of exclusion were established.The age,operation and mass histology of the patients,Pathologic type,molecular type,operation time,whether sentinel lymph node biopsy,whether axillary lymph node dissection,postoperative complications,long-term complications,postoperative breast cosmetic effect,patient satisfaction with breast cosmetic The follow-up data were recorded in the computer database.Finally,the clinical data of the two groups were analyzed by statistic.Results:(1)By radical control,85 patients receiving breast-conserving surgery were enrolled in the study.Twenty patients underwent double-ring incision nursing and 65 cases underwent traditional breast-conserving surgery.(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups in the operation time(P> 0.05).(3)The incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative cosmetic effect and patient satisfaction were significantly better than those of traditional breast-conserving surgery group(P <0.05).(4)follow-up time to June 2016,double-ring incision breast-conserving surgery group did not find local recurrence and distant metastasis,the traditional breast-conserving surgery group 1 case of local recurrence,and to breast total cut.Conclusion: Double-ring incision breast-conserving surgery is more expensive than traditional breast-conserving surgery,low breast cosmetic effect and high patient satisfaction,is a recommended technique.
