Clinical Study On Acupuncture Huangshu Point Treatment Of The Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

Objective:To compare the efficacy of the two groups after treatment,to observe the Huangshu point treatment of this disease the effect mechanism of Huangshu point treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods: using randomized,60 cases according to the diagnostic criteria of the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups of 30 patients treated by needling Huangshu point for treatment,the control group with routine acupuncture treatment,1 days for 1 times,5 days for 1 course of treatment,2 course of treatment,treatment during the 2 days of rest.At the end of the treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group and the control group were evaluated by VAS visual analogue scale,JOA low back pain score table and TCM disease diagnosis standard.Results: Huangshu point acupuncture treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome total effective rate was 90%,significantly better than the control group in the total efficiency.Between the two groups of VAS score and JOA score,P < 0.05,needling Huangshu point for improving the degree of low back pain patients and improve the quality of life of patients than the control group.Conclusion: the treatment of Huangshu point acupuncture treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome clinical curative effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture,and less acupoints and convenient,worthy of promotion.
