| Purpose:By observing and comparing the clinical efficacy of conventional acupuncture therapy and acupuncture at the focus of tendon junction combined with massage therapy in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse Process syndrome,to explore the effectiveness of acupuncture at the focus of tendon junction combined with massage in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome under the guidance of meridian theory,so as to provide more treatment ideas for clinic.method:The patients in this study were from patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome in Shenyang Tianren Heyi wisdom traditional Chinese medicine hospital from March 2021 to December 2021.A total of 60 patients were included.Using interval grouping method, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with massage.First, bilateral Shenshu points, dongdashu points,Weizhong points and waist Ashi points were taken for acupuncture. After getting Qi,the needle was kept for 20 minutes.During the needle retention period, the needle was given once, and then massage was given after starting the needle. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at the focus points of tendon knot combined with massage.First,6 ~ 8 focus points of tendon knot were found on the meridian tendons of foot sun and foot Shaoyang at the waist according to the standard of "taking pain as the input and knowing as the number".The needle was kept for 20 minutes. The needle was given once during the needle retention period, and then treated with massage after starting the needle. The two groups were treated once a day and 5 times a week for 4 weeks.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS),lumbar dysfunction scale(ODI)and lumbar static muscle endurance test(smeow)were used to score before treatment, after treatment and during follow-up(one month after treatment),and the curative effect was evaluated after treatment and follow-up.Results:1.A total of 60 standard cases were included in this study, and 60 cases were actually completed. Before treatment, the basic data of the two groups were gender, age, course of disease, pain score VAS,lumbar dysfunction ODI and static muscle endurance of waist SMEOW.The scores of all aspects met the requirements of P>0.05,and there was no significant difference.2.Intra group comparison: the VAS score of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment and follow-up compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);In terms of ODI score, the two groups decreased significantly after treatment and follow-up compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);The scores of lumbar static muscle endurance test in the two groups after treatment and follow-up were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).3.Comparison between groups: in terms of VAS score, the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group after treatment and follow-up(P<0.01);In terms of ODI score, the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group after treatment and follow-up(P<0.01);The score of lumbar static muscle endurance test in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group after treatment and follow-up(P<0.01).4.After treatment, the total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and86.67% in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture at the focus of tendon knot combined with massage has a significant immediate analgesic effect in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome. It also has a good effect on lumbar function and lumbar muscle static endurance, and the long-term effect is stable.2.The curative effect of acupuncture at the focus of knot tendon combined with massage in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome is better than that of conventional acupuncture combined with massage, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
