| Purpose: to observe the kirin pill with food-bathing pediluvium clinical effect of treatment of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney on delayed menstruation,to explore the mechanism of the kirin pill with food-bathing pediluvium in the treatment of delayed menstruation,to provide a theory basis and a new way for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of delayed menstruation.Method: select 72 patients,accord with standard of delayed menstruation,whose treated by a same doctor at The Affiliated Hopital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine during from October,2015 to October,2016,the cases were randomly devided into the treatment group 36 cases and control group 36 cases,the two groups were taked different treatment,the kirin pill with food-bathing pediluvium and kirin pill oral,the one treatment course of 21 days,after three treatment course,Compare before two groups medication symptoms improvement with after,and evaluate clinical effectResult: after a course of treatment,treatment group 36 cases of patients,7cases were cured,13 cases recovered obviously,12 patients were cured with certain effect,4 cases were ineffective,the complete cure rate was 19.44%,the effectual rate was 36.11%,the effective rate was33.33%,no efficiency 11.11%,The total effective rate was 88.89%;The control group,36 cases of patients,2cases were cured,7cases recovered obviously,16 patients were cured with certain effect,11 cases were ineffective,the complete cure rate was 5.56%,the effectual rate was 19.44%,the effective rate was44.44%,no efficiency 30.56%,The total effective rate was 69.44%,the effect of the treatment is remarkable.Each symptoms are compared the treatment a statistical significance(P<0.05),So the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: the treatment group and control group have a good curative effect in treating delayed menstruation,but the kirin pill with food-bathing pediluvium is better than than of kirin pill. |
