Objective: We aimed to explore the effect of Sheng-mai injection acupoint-injection combined with exercise training on rehabilitation efficacy and antioxidant TRXS in elderly patients with COPD,so as to provide new rehabilitation strategies and new theoretical basis for pulmonary rehabilitation in elderly patients with COPD.Method: 88 COPD patients in stable phase were randomly divided into control group(group CN),Sheng-mai injection acupoint-injection group(group AI),exercise training group(group ET),Sheng-mai injection acupoint-injection combined with exercise training group(group CB),22 cases in each group. All the subjects were given standardized COPD drug therapy. In the control group, the activity of daily activity was maintained. The CB group was given Sheng-mai injection acupoint-injection.ET group received the lower limb training by cycle ergometry under direct supervision.CB group given Sheng-mai injection acupoint-injection and the lower limb power treadmill training. The frequency and duration of the intervention were three times per week for 12 weeks. The CAT,mMRC,Borg,6MWD and BODE were evaluated before and after intervention.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and Real-time PCR were used to detect the expression levels of TRX1,TRXR protein and m RNA before and after intervention.Result:1.Dyspnea assessment: After interventions, the score of BORG scale and m MRC were decreased in the group AI,ET,CB compared with before interventions(p<0.01),which indicated that dyspnea were relieved;the score of BORG scale and m MRC were decreased in the group AI,ET,CB compared with group CN after the treatments, but the BORG scale in group CB was lower than group AI、ET(p<0.05).2.Health related quality of life assessment: After interventions, the score of CAT were decreased in the group AI,ET,CB compared with before interventions(p<0.01),which indicated that the quality of life improved significantly;the score of CAT were decreased in the group AI,ET,CB compared with group CN after the treatments, but The CAT score in group CB was lower than group AI、ET(p<0.05).3.Exercise tolerance assessment: After interventions, the 6MWD were increased in group AI,ET,CB compared with before interventions(p<0.01),which indicated that exercise tolerance improved significantly;the 6MWD increased in group AI,ET,CB compared with in group CN after the treatments, but the 6MWD was farther in group ET,CB than in group AI(p<0.05).4.the BODE index assessment: After interventions, the BODE index were decreased in the group AI,ET,CB compared with before interventions(p<0.01),which indicated the COPD severity relieved significantly;the BODE index were decreased in the group AI,ET,CB compared with group CN after the treatments(p<0.01).5.Pulmonary function assessment: the FEV1/FVC,FEV1%pred in each groups did not change significantly compared with before intervention(p>0.05);there was no significant difference in FEV1/FVC and FEV1%pred between the each groups(p>0.05).6.Expression of TRX1,TRXR protein and m RNA in peripheral blood:After interventions, the expression level of TRX1,TRXR protein and m RNA increased in group ET,CB compared with before intervention(p<0.05);the expression level of TRX1,TRXR protein and m RNA were significantly higher in group ET,CB than in group CN,AI(p<0.05);Conclusion:1.Sheng-mai injection acupoint-injection and exercise training can relieve dyspnea, enhance health-related quality of life and exercise tolerance, but the combined treatment has a certain coordination.2.Exercise training maybe improve the ability of anti-oxidation by improving the expression level of antioxidant TRX1,TRXR protein and mRNA in serum.,so that bring the rehabilitation curative effect for elderly patients with COPD. |
