In the past few decades,the development of effective medical care system has become increasingly important,as China’s economic development and improve the level of social security system,medical and health care system continue to improve,people’s health awareness is generally increased,the quality of medical services demand become more and more high.Waiting is the result of a mismatch between the demand for services and resources to provide services,this mismatch may be due to the need of the resources too little,or maybe because of the demand itself is excessive,but may also be the resource and demand is not properly synchronized.Many hospitals usually lack systematic optimization service technology,that is,unable to build a good scheduling to meet the needs of patients for medical resources.The medical service operation now is based on its history,each doctor to the treatment of the patients in his private clinic,the clinic head is usually the doctor,and there is no management or engineering experience.Therefore,the establishment of outpatient appointment system is necessary.In the literature reading and data collection,summarizing previous research findings in the outpatient appointment scheduling,research service multiple doctors under the relatively small,and the related factors of research in a number of doctors in the outpatient appointment scheduling is not comprehensive,combined with the actual problem is not close,this article this paper analyzes the influence factors in the multiple doctors under service conditions and the actual situation more appropriate on the basis of previous studies,and realizes the algorithm.Is mainly based on single stage single doctor,give full consideration to the reality of the situation and the complexity of the algorithm implementation,the system should be extended to a single doctor doctor,and establish the sequence of appointment scheduling model,according to the type of patients,patient preference,waiting for the doctor and overtime costs make the system to maximize revenue the sequence,appointment scheduling algorithm.Based on the following scenario,it is assumed that the patient will make appointments before the date of receiving the service,and each patient will be scheduled for a period or denial of service.The patients according to their preferences through communication with the medical staff put forward their own expectations of appointments and the doctor,if the patient is not scheduled to the time you want,he may refuse to accept the service or higher probability to fail in service on the same day,if the patient has not been assigned to preference doctors,hospital income have a certain degree of reduction.In the service process,all arriving patients will first join the service queue,and the patient will be postponed to the next period if the service is not available during the appointment period.The different preferences of system revenue,patients were not assigned to the number,quantity,patient preference doctor or clinical time refused to mean,standard deviation,the number of patients with the system arrangement of the maximum and minimum values were compared,compared with simulation software of different distribution of doctors in the process of diagnosis and treatment,mainly for the exponential distribution is.Normal distribution and triangular distribution of queue length,the doctor utilization rate,numerical efficiency of the system were compared,and according to the actual optimization analysis.Simulation will simulate patients arriving,waiting for doctors’services,receiving services and leaving.This paper will simulate the utilization of medical resources when the doctor’s service time is the general distribution,and the utilization of hospital medical resources with temporary visits and follow-up visits.Outpatient appointment system of patients to consider the preferences of the doctor’s modeling and numerical experiments show that the reservation number maximum system benefits,and compare with different preferences,different types of patients,rejection probability changes the results of numerical experiments.Based on the reality of outpatient appointment system simulation modeling,simulation of the real scene,with the doctor,patients arrived at Miss service and patients to leave the scene,and compares the doctor Business Hours in three under different distribution results.
